Beautifully renovated pet friendly home located just a 2 blocks from the beach down 26th avenue. It features an open floor plan, with new hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated. The kitchen with granite countertops, white cabinets, new appliances, and tile backsplash. Off the kitchen through the sliding glass door is a large private fenced-in backyard perfect for family gathering. In the backyard you will find a gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

*The home is setup with Smart TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and queen bedroom. With an Xfinity app (instead of cable box) on all of them to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. *

A dining room off the kitchen seats 6, with 2 additional chairs for a group of 8.

Pets are conditional and must be approved in advance ($200 non refundable pet fee).

Awesome house

It was such a refreshing stay in this home. Spotlessly clean and finishes up to date. The screened back porch is so comfortable with the oversized ceiling fan. Beds are new and comfy. One would never know its pet friendly since there’s not any sign of pet hair or odor. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean well kept home which comfortably slept 8. Easy walk to the beach.. Very close proximity to Charleston and other sights of interest. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

This one-level house is two blocks from Palm Blvd and the path to the beach, so it's not convenient if you carry a lot of stuff to the beach. Otherwise, the location is fine -- close enough to the Connector that you don't have to sit in traffic for a long time. The location is in a residential neighborhood of smaller houses, and close to the tennis and pickle ball courts. Kitchen was well equipped, and there is a grill outside. One bedroom is on one side of the living areas and the other three are on the opposite site, which was nice for separating older folks from the little ones! There is no view, it's just a quiet little house to sleep and eat in.

Our family stayed here for one week while we enjoyed the beach. The house was large and spacious enough for adults, children and pets. The home was very clean and well maintained. The screened porch and fenced in backyard were our favorite place to be! You are within walking distance to the beach and if you take the golf cart, enter at marker 25 because you and drive and park your cart almost to the actual beach!

The home has been updated and is in really good condition. Rooms are nice sized. Fenced back yard and screened porch are great. We travelled with 2 dogs. There is a playground and dog park within 2 blocks.

Another house we were supposed to stay had damage and this was offered as an option and very pleased with this house. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was super and updated amenities. We will surely consider again in the future for our family. Easy walk to the beach. Large backyard.

From the outside the property looked so small but when you open the door it is decorated SO cute and it’s nice and wide open, it was the perfect little weekend getaway for our family. We have a son in a wheelchair and it also easily accommodated the wheelchair and was easy to get it in and out of the house. We would definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home in this lovely beach house. It has all the amenities you could want and then some. Comfy, cozy and completely updated. And super clean. Tastefully decorated and just a couple blocks to the beach. All in all, we were very pleased and are looking forward to our next visit!

The location of the house made walking to the beach and town easy and the house itself was in excellent condition. It fit our family of four, plus our dog perfectly. We would definitely come back and rent the same home. The IR staff was very attentive as well.

We do not require our owners to provide beach items, so we are not able to guarantee that there will be some available for use - however, we do recommend Baby's Away Charleston for renting things like Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, games, and more! Order ahead and your items will be at your rental upon your arrival.
