To start, you have the option to book your vacation over the phone with one of our in-house, happy-to-help vacation planners. Each of our vacation planners knows our vacation properties and the Charleston area like the back of his or her own hand. A vacation planner can help you choose the perfect house for your stay; but that's not all. He or she can offer you vacation packages that are tailored to what you've expressed interest in. Or, your vacation planner can explain some additional options to customize your vacation even more.
After you've booked your home and discussed your interests with your vacation planner, our local concierge team is here for you. Our concierge will contact you before you arrive for your vacation to offer suggestions, give recommendations, and book tours, beach rentals, or reservations for you.
