The OCEANFRONT views are fabulous, even from the kitchen. Listening to the waves in bed at night, unsurpassed sound. Love seeing storms rolling in and sunrises on our lovely beach. Our decks are covered so when it rains- you can sit out and watch the rain over the ocean. There is not a better view of the beach in any other unit in the building. Being away from pool noise is a bonus too for those who like a more peaceful vacation! Enjoy incredible ocean views from this beautifully renovated 2nd floor condo!

This three bedroom, three bath condo is crisp, open, and airy! It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining area with seating for eight with an extra two stools at the kitchen counter, and a living room with a large flat screen television, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The condo offers two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. The queen bedroom has an ensuit bathroom and the twin room has an ensuite which is shared with the hall. The master offers a king bed, a sitting area with a wall mounted flat screen television, a full private bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and direct access to the balcony. The condo is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

WiFi and Linens are included. No smoking and No pets.

Please note that there is a strict 2 vehicle capacity per unit.

Great location and space right on the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Kitchen had everything you need and living space is very comfortable. Patio overlooking the beach is huge and beach access right downstairs makes it easy to go back and forth. Beautiful bathrooms! My only complaint is that it was very musty smelling everywhere in the apartment. I know it’s impossible to keep moisture out on the beach, but it smelled like you were in someone’s damp basement. Seemed like there was an a/c issue going on that needed to be dealt with. Otherwise great.

We have stayed several times in condos at 1140 Ocean Blvd. it is a great location! Short walk to beach; several good places to eat in walking distance as well! The only thing that may keep us from renting there again is that prices have gone up a lot. We realize this is happening in a lot of places for various reasons, but it is a concern. We did have a very lovely stay!

My girlfriends and I do an annual girl's weekend in IOP every fall and have stayed in many different rentals. This one was my favorite! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, convenient location on the island, and the condo was very well equipped and comfortable.

Super convenient, in the heart of the island, easy walking to shops and restaurants. Great location on the beach. Nice rental, spacious rooms and amenities. Not new, has age on it but, as expected. We weren't there to look at the details, only the views! Master mattress could be replaced, worn out, and couch was stained. Good appliances and utensils. The grounds were great and the elevator was a back saver. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Our rental was ready before we arrived, check I'm seemed to go smooth(I wasn't actually present), we had everything we needed! There was even toys for toddlers, a pack and play and beach toys in our rental! If I had to ask for something to be added, laundry soap but honestly there were plenty of places close by to grab some!

Very comfortable unit with great artwork. The kitchen is well appointed and made meal prep and serving a breeze. The balcony is nicely furnished and offers a beautiful view. There were even some toys for little ones! The only concern was the sand and debris we discovered when we reached under the sofa to retrieve one of the little toys.

This was a great property for our mix of parents and teens. The rooms actually feel larger in person than they look in the pictures. The teens wish the pool stayed open later, but I'm sure the folks on that end of the first floor are glad it didn't. 1140 #202 was very clean with a few maintenance issues to be expected from a rental (slow water from a couple of bath faucets, etc.). The master bed is in need of replacement with a firm mattress, but the nice wide adjoining balcony helps make up for it. The furniture out there was nice! The granite kitchen tops are nice and a few upgrades in the master bath (shower) would be great. Older style fridge and stove, but both cooled and cooked just fine. Nice washer and dryer available in laundry room. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We spent a long weekend with family in this condo. The condo was immaculate. The unit was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped - with one exception: there were only three table knives in the drawer. We give an A+ to the rental company for their rapid response rate to a small issue. We were impressed!

I had four life long friends make a spring visit to see me in Charleston. I picked this location because it is centrally located on the IOP and is right on the beach. The condo was perfect for our annual reunion get together. There are several great places to eat within walking distance and you are only steps away from the beach. A great place to spend a few days or longer.

Easy, quick and painless check-in process. The unit was very clean, decorated beautifully and spacious enough that we could spread out a little bit. We especially enjoyed the large balcony and ocean view. Our extended family members stayed in another unit in the same building and theirs was more dated, but certainly adequate for a beach trip.

Beach access was easy, although the beach itself was way more crowded than we expected. The pool was nice and well-maintained. We were able to walk to local restaurants. The playground at the park next door was a huge hit.

Overall, it was a great unit for our family with small kids. It’s obvious that it has been lovingly and meticulously maintained.. We would stay here again.
