Island Realty's Rental Policy

Island Realty does not allow house parties, weddings, receptions, meetings, or other types of parties at any property. Island Realty does not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances, including youth groups, fraternities, and sororities. Renters must be at least 25 years of age, without exception, even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, all parties will be required to immediately vacate and there will be no refund.

Island Realty takes your privacy very seriously and will not share your personal information with any other party, including, but not limited to, automatically gathered data such as e-mail addresses, browser cookies and IP addresses, as well as any information submitted via an electronic form such as name, address, and phone number.
