Step outside, and prepare to be captivated by the inviting saltwater plunge pool, beckoning you to take a refreshing dip or lounge on the poolside deck. Next to the pool, you'll find a partially covered deck area complete with Adirondack seating and a cozy fire table, perfect for enjoying balmy evenings. Aspiring chefs will delight in the seamless transition from the kitchen and dining area to the outdoor gas grill, ensuring effortless dining experiences.

Linens, high-speed wireless internet, and two wet bars ensure your utmost comfort and convenience. Bonus features: Four of the bathrooms feature bidets, and all bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer. Parking is available for up to six vehicles in the driveway. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (maximum two) with a $250 non-refundable fee per dog.

Saltwater Plunge pool dimensions: 17'2'' length by 7'9'' width, with a constant 4'2'' depth (exception of the entry steps and bench seat). No diving permitted.

The nearest beach access paths are located across from 22nd or 21st Avenue (approximate 7 minute walk from the house). Beach goers may also elect to park on Palm Blvd in the marked public spots across from any of the beach paths. LSV or golf cart parking available on Palm Blvd, across from 25th Avenue (spots open to public, subject to availability).

Popular Isle of Palms restaurants and shops, the Isle of Palms County Park, City of Isle of Palms Recreation Department, and Harris Teeter Grocery, are each a 3-4 minute drive or bike, or 12-15 minute walk from the house.

This property has been very well done. You can tell the home owner was very thoughtful in their design of the home and the various spaces. The welcome package provided was well beyond expectations and very much appreciated. The property management company worked very efficiently with us as we decided on a last minute get away, and booked literally the day of arrival. They were excite to host us and never portrayed any signs of being inconvenienced. Would definitely encourage others to experience this home.

When can I move in?
This place was fabulous! It had the comforts of home away from home. It is modern but cozy, newly renovated with beautiful finishes and open kitchen to the outdoor area to enjoy with family or friends. All the bedrooms were spacious with en suite bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The home is nestled in a great neighborhood with live oaks and close to the water. Convenient to local restaurants, shops and grocery stores. So many amazing local restaurants in the area but a quick drive to Charleston for shopping and food. We went several times during our visit. I will definitely come back and would recommend 22nd Ave 26 to all my friends and family when in IOP! I hope to come back soon!

When can we come back?
This place and our stay was immaculate…. When you first pull up you can’t help but notice how beautiful the house is. It is spacious, clean, and has such a great vibe. The decor and details are full of character. The kitchen and living area (to include the outdoor extended living area) was super comfy and inviting to chill. The beds are plush and each bedroom has its own bath… perfect for any group of guests. We enjoyed the layout of the home and the location was wonderful, just a quick ride over to local restaurants and a lovely ride into Charleston which we frequented. Can’t say enough about the home, the location and our stay… absolutely loved and cannot wait to come back again.

Beach chairs are not items we require our owners to provide so we cannot guarantee that there will be any in the unit for guest use. However, should you need them, we recommend renting chairs/umbrellas from a local company, IOP Beach Chair Co
