We stayed @ 59 beach club villas from 8/10-8/17
The villa was very clean & very nice . We were all adults staying here & had plenty of room. The master bedroom has a balcony u can sit on it and have your coffee while watching the ocean or the sunrise.
There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing serious. I did call & report the issues with the lamps in the master bedroom just so they were aware . Didn’t have them fixed while we were there as I didn’t use them,
The toaster we had was a 2 slicer that didn’t work, I called and had a 4 slicer brand new toaster delivered the same day.
A few issues with the lamps in the master bedroom but never used them.
This place has a nice pool. There are pool noodles, beach chairs, and a boogie board for guests to use.
Make sure u pack sunscreen &. Bug spray as the mosquitos are bad.
This place could add a colander to their pots & pans as there isn’t one in the place.
All in all we had a good time staying here. We had great weather it only rained one day. Oh yeah I want to mention you can hear bull frogs . I would definitely consider staying here again. We left this as we found it - clean.

Hi, my family & I stayed in this beach house from8/10-8/17. This is a very clean beach house. Got home this morning. This is a very nice beach house with its own pool.the master bedroom had a balcony where u get great views of the ocean. We enjoyed our week here. No major issues. Just a few minor issues. The toaster we had when we check in was a 2 slot toaster that didn’t work. Had it replaced the same day I called & they replaced the 2 slicer toaster with a brand new four slicer toaster. They could add a colander to their pots & pans as there is not one in the villa I did call & mention to them about a problem with the lamps in the master bedroom. Side note pack your self off bug spray as the mosquitoes are bad & will eat you alive. And don’t forget the sunblock & beach towels. Pool is very nice it goes from 3 ft. -8 ft. The beach house does have pool noodles & a boogie board for guests to use. There is a few beach chairs there to use also. All in all this a great beach house on the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation at Beach Club Villa 59 was mostly great. The location is wonderful - near the pool and beach. The villa itself is tired. There are lots of small annoying maintenance items that should be taken care of regularly, but are not. The dishwasher filter had not been cleaned in years, so the dishwasher water backed up into the sink. Once we cleaned the filter (which was disgusting), the dishwasher worked as intended. The upstairs bathtub door does not open or close. We were afraid to push it too hard as it looked like it could have fallen out. The bathrooms need a good cleaning with steam or bleach or both. Lots of mold growing in the grout and around fixtures. Before you say that I don't know what I am talking about, my parents were one of the first year-round residents in what would become Wild Dunes. Every summer all the grandkids had a spray bottle of water and bleach to get rid of mold that grows everywhere. The condo does not sleep 8 adults as 4 people need to share the two double beds in the downstairs bedroom. Maybe that configuration would work for a family or all kids in that bedroom. We've stayed twice in this unit and I doubt we'd book it again.

What a wonderful townhouse! This was our first time staying in Beach Club Villas, and we are so glad that we did. It was a beautiful, clean, spacious, and quiet condo. The pool was right out the door from the screened in porch, and the walkway to the beach was right next to the pool. The bedrooms were all good sized and the beds were all comfortable. we will definitely be back again.

bcv 59 was perfect. We had to leave one day early due to my sister cutting her leg. all was great. The other members of the family thought the unit was very very nice When checking out early Kevin was very helpful and gave me insurance contact info. great help.

I was very happy with our condo. It is the 3rd time to rent this one. Great for having family with us. We like the porch where we can all have dinner together. Wild Dunes is where I need to go at least once a year!

Location was great. Good space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy access to the beach and plenty of room for beach gear. Small things that could be fixed up just for ease. Freezer took a long time to make ice, microwave display did not work, and toilets kept running or did not flush well.

Beautiful ocean view from master balcony. Dryer was a little wonky and I wish there was a way to lock the back doors when leaving for the beach (key pad should also be on those doors since no key was given)

Our stay in Wild Dunes at the Beach Club Villa 59 was wonderful. The Island Realty team was extremely easy to work with. The Villa was perfect for our family of 5 with two younger kids. The Villa was clean, quiet and a perfect size for us. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is just as it was described and in a great location within Wild Dunes. The property is clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and pool area from the deck off the master bedroom. As long as you don't have any problems going up and down steps, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful Condo, nicely decorated and fresh. The condo is next to the pool with easy access to the beach. The master bedroom has beautiful view of the ocean is is perfect for sunrise. I would for sure stay here again!

We have been going to Wild Dunes for over 10 years. This is the first year I have ever had to leave a negative review. I am writing this for the safety of those staying there after us, and the owners to be accountable for fixing the issue. This unit had black mold in the upstairs ceiling closets, and inside and along the air vents. I contacted them the day we arrived to let them know, they sent out maintenance to clean the vents which only took care of the ascetic. They said they could use a bleach solution, which I declined due to having 3 small children in the unit. Everyone in our group woke up each morning with either breathing issues, congestion, or coughing. This would ease up when we were outside in the fresh air. Black mold doesn't grow overnight, and was clearly in the air vents so we were breathing it in while we slept. This unit had some nice updates, including the kitchen, but the two comforters on the upstairs beds were old, stained, and need to be replaced. This unit is in a great location, they just need to have the mold addressed so people staying there do not have to worry about any health concerns.

This summer, the heat and humidity have been extreme and some units have suffered from mildew mostly to HVAC being put very low and windows and doors being left open. Enjoyed our fall family vacation. We have stayed several times on the Isle of Palms in the Wild Dunes Resort. Everything went according to plan from the reservation, arrival and check in process, renting chairs/umbrellas and bikes, time at the beach, swimming at the pool, dining out, exploring, to check out and travel home.

Bigger than it looked on the pictures. The view from the living area and master bedroom are fantastic! The properly is a little order so not quite as fresh as we'd hoped. Location is a bit remote but the beach is fantastic, quiet, and worth being a bit out of the way.

We had a wonderful vacation at Isle of Palm and loved staying in this beach club villa. We did have issues with the refrigerator not making ice but the rental company responded to me and told me the situation. One thing I would recommend, is putting a mirror in the guest room downstairs. Nice for someone getting ready while someone else is in the shower!!

Beautifully decorated, very nicely appointed property with all the comforts of home. Great kitchen with nothing missing that we needed to prepare our meals. Very pretty landscaped property as well. We will stay here again sometime.

Great location and nice villa Refrigerator and Freezer need to be replaced and the outdoor areas were not cleaned very well with beach sand all over, otherwise a great week in a very comfortable villa
