This elevated six bedroom custom built private home has a rooftop deck perfect for sun bathing and capturing small peeks of the Atlantic!

Spend the sunny days out at the beach and return to the private outdoor shower with a changing area. Then as the sun sets enjoy the calming sea breeze from the comfort of rocking chairs and loungers on each balcony. Don’t rush inside to eat, you can also grill up a delicious meal on the outdoor gas grill (Located behind the house in backyard).

Inside you will find a spacious gourmet kitchen, large den with state-of-the-art entertainment system, and two master suites (one with a Jacuzzi tub). All of the bedrooms have plush carpet and Flat-screen cable TVs. For addition comfort there are ceiling fans throughout the home, a gas fireplace, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This home has an elevator with access to all levels, with exception of roof level. **Please keep in mind that access from the garage ground level does require an approximate 10'' step to enter elevator cab.

My family loved this lovely vacation home just a short walk from the beach. The great room and 6 bedrooms are spacious. My family enjoyed the rocking chairs on the main deck and the deck on top of the house and appreciated the outdoor shower. Kitchen is very well stocked. Elevator was helpful for some family members.

Awesome until it wasn’t. We are a group of retired USAF flight nurses. We have a reunion every year. My job is to fine the place the meets everyone’s requirements, elevator, bathrooms and bedrooms. We aren’t sharing a bed. We loved the gathering area and privacy of bedrooms. This house did that despite no tissue and single ply TP. AND then our water was turned off. No one admits responsibility but I have an idea the owner may have a governor on water consumption. It was very frustrating trying to get help but finally it was fixed by a very professional young lady, Kylie?? We were thinking of getting this house for next year but now, not sure.

We had two children with their families, total of 13 people. We have rented on Sullivan's island and IOP. We are local and love the beach. We had a wonderful time. House was large enough to accommodate us but we could have used a couple more chairs for the dining room table.

Great house in a great location! We loved staying here for Memorial Day Weekend. It was large enough to fit all guests and was a short walk to the beach. The porch and rooftop deck were a bonus. The house did not, however, have dish soap or enough trash bags and paper towels — which was inconvenient. We had difficulty contacting maintenance and ended up buying the supplies ourself.

The open living/dining/kitchen area is great for hanging out with a large group. The space has good light. Short walk to the beach. Nice trees surrounding the house. Lots of bird sound. Wonderful porches and rooftop deck. We had a nice time in this house. Only complaint is that the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. Knives aren't good and the pots and pans are not great. The kitchen is much nicer than its tools.

Overall great house for large family with an easy walk to the beach. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which gave everyone plenty of space. It was lacking some kitchen items that are typically found in this type of property-plastic cups/plates for kids, utensils and expect to bring soap, trash bags, paper towels etc. Also surfaces were overall clean but noticed some moldy shower liners and it seemed like all the dishes were slightly dirty. This might be due to the dishwasher being on its last leg. Overall would great house that could use a little TLC.

This is the fourth time we have used this home. Always in good shape-never had a problem. Short walk to beach. We come here every year as IoP is where my husband grew up. Layout is perfect for a large family group.

This was a great house for my family of 14! It was pretty well equipped in the kitchen. It was within a good walking distance from the beach. The dryer quit working and they were very quick to get out to repair it. The only complaint I have is as we were leaving, under the bed on the main level we noticed it was very dirty with a lot of clothes shoved under the bed that were not ours! Made us wonder how well cleaned the house was before we came. I also found clothes in the master bedroom dresser drawers! There was a broken closet rod in master bedroom and a light bulb was burned out in master bathroom.

We rented this lovely home while we were in town for our son's wedding weekend. It was perfect for our extended family and some members of the wedding party. The home was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Wonderful place to stay. Close to the beach and downtown. The place was clean and everything looked updated. They need to replace the grill. They advertise a grill but it was in bad shape and no source of fuel.

The house was great. There was room for all of us to spread out. The young adults loved the roof deck, and the elevator was a life saver for Grandma who recently had knee surgery and couldn’t climb stairs. The kitchen was large and had almost everything we needed. The under house parking was nice, as we didn’t have to unload groceries and luggage in the rain.

The only negative is the living room furniture is a bit worn and a couple of the pieces were uncomfortable to sit on.

The house is in a great location, with easy access on and off the island.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house at Isle of Palms. We love the location. It is a great space for our large family. There is plenty of space to work in the kitchen. The elevator is great for hauling in groceries and for some of the family that is having health problems. Den furniture(couches and chairs) could use an update. They are getting worn. We love Isle of Palms and this is definitely one of our favorite houses that we have stayed in.

Stayed for five days in this lovely home. Loved the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, supermarket and downtown Charleston. A suggestion would be to have beach chairs and umbrellas available with the rental. There were some in the garage but only a couple and they were in rough shape. On a positive note there is a beach rental company we used for chairs and umbrellas. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We all did enjoy the rental. Most of us have been caregivers this year so we were in desperate need of rest and laughter. I was unaware until Sunday morning when we read the instructions on the refrigerator that we had to clean up. I thought we paid for that service. So we spent our last morning in a rush stripping beds and towels and cleaning out the frig, where we usually left that for the cleaning staff to split up and take home.
You do need to inform people as to where the garbage cans are. We had taken it to the garage and it was by chance we found it. The hanger latch was not a good indicator of a door. A label there would be helpful.
Path 35A has a water moccasin on it. Almost got one of our girls. We did call about it but they said after the hurricane that snakes were all over.
The house was clean and accommodating. We will stay longer next time if we can.

we rented this property for our dad's 70th birthday and found it to be a perfect fit for all of us. Having the elevator made life much easier and the kids loved it too! We spent a lot of time on the main floor deck and also enjoyed the roof top deck. There was plenty of room for all of us, 13 all together. I only gave 3 stars for properties general condition b/c the living room furniture was not very comfortable but overall the home was very comfortable. I would definitely rent this home again!!!
