WE truly enjoyed this home. WE had actually rented another home on IOP but was informed a few days before that that home had problems and we were relocated to Dolphin Row 4. What a blessing! This home is beautiful and comfortable and a very short walk to the beach!

We’ve stayed at 4 Dolphin the past 2 winters...December through part of March. We love the home...comfortable beds and furniture...great layout...LARGE dining table when family and friends visit....small, round “breakfast” table (which we use for jigsaw puzzles..lol). Although we’ve rarely had weather to use the pool, it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a sunny day and read. We look forward to next winter.

Love the house. It is perfect for us. We have rented it multiple times for 2-3 weeks each. Great location, across street from beach. Mosquitoes were so bad this time, we only went to the beach 1 time. We wore bug spray and long sleeved shirts with long pants, but the mosquitoes bit right through our clothing. We utilized the pool every single day. We love that you do not have to enter the house through the Wild Dunes gate if you choose not to. The bathrooms had some black mold in the showers but we contacted the rental company and they fixed that immediately. We love this home.

The home is lovely, filled with books for all interests, and sea shells It was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Cooking was fun there. The property while on a main road is landscaped to provide great privacy. We enjoyed and used the outdoor shower daily after the beach. We thought the house a little piece of contentment hidden away

We had a wonderful stay. Number 4 Dolphin is more than rental 's a home. The furnishings are first rate and the location is excellent. We loved the flexibility to park on the Dolphin side as well as the Palm Blvd. side of the house (without having to use the WD gate). The beds were comfortable and gave us the flexibility to have family stay with us at times. Our granddaughter spent several weekends with us and she had a ball. We were fortunate that the weather warmed up enough for her to use the pool a couple of times...not bad for the winter. We had 8 family members comfortably dining at Christmas and we weren't crowded...the dining area is very accommodating. The people at Island Realty have been extremely helpful and welcoming to solve any concerns that arose. We look forward to our return next winter.

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were in awe and at peace, so happy in this space. The design/decor details are impeccably thought out - so interesting and heartwarming - and everything was clean and comfortable. The surroundings are of other gorgeous beach properties, bike paths, golf courses and everything coastal South Carolina. The property was as good or better than described regarding location, layout and amenities. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, which is not crowded at all and amazing at sunrise and sunset. The pool is small but just fine for a small family like ours. The outdoor shower and grill are perfectly placed and we loved the porch swing as well! The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and had everything we needed, except a little scarce on paper products. The furniture is in excellent condition. We sat around the long dining table for every meal, sometimes watching the living room TV as it is in perfect view from the table. The only maintenance call we had to make was for help with the dishwasher, and that was quickly resolved by simply sending a quick text to the management. The washer (laundry) is pretty noisy so we just didn't run it at night. There are popular restaurants close by but we only ventured out to one of them on our last night because we didn't really want to leave the house! The grocery store nearby is very nice, and there is also a butcher and seafood market with good options. I can see why people rent this house for months at a time. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity and would love to return someday.

We loved the house. Very convenient too the beach and close to shopping. Only downside to location is the traffic on Palm Blvd. This is our third stay at this house, two months at a time. Usually Jan. and Feb., this year Dec. and Jan. If you like to sit on the screened-in porch, drinking your coffee, or reading a book, you need to accept the cars driving by. It can get quite busy.
If you are inside the house then there was very little sound of cars driving by.
If you cook, then the kitchen could use a few more tools. bring your citrus zester,(micro plane), a salad spinner, pastry brush, and maybe a meat thermometer. Also, the non-stick pans are pretty scratched up. I went out and spent $50 on two new pans that made me feel much more comfortable with cooking.
The management staff is excellent. This is my fourth year on Isle of Palms, two month stays. the last three times in this house. I was very impressed with the helpfulness and quick response of the staff. I have never experienced staff as helpful, pleasant, courteous and responsive as this management team.

Perfectly located and well equipped house. Second time renting this beautiful home. It’s so well kept and a quick walk across the street to beach. Pool and patio area are great. My only complaint would be that some of the screens on porch need to be redone but this is a minor problem. I would recommend this home

Our second time at this home. Spent the month of March 2021 at this lovely little beach home. We have stayed at many places in Wild Dunes, and this is by far, our favorite. It is a single level, 3BR/2BA home with all the conveniences of home. It is across the street from the beach and a perfect location. We love that it has access through the gated area of Wild Dune, but also access from Palm Blvd without entering the gated area. The pool area is lovely and we enjoyed the pool once we chose to have the heat turned on. The decor is so lovely, not overly costal but with a great costal vibe. The books are a wonderful touch. We enjoyed reading them. Having the fewer steps on the front of the house, made loading/unloading so much easier than most other homes we have rented. You will not be disappointed with anything about 4 Dolphin Row. We love it!

We have stayed in several vacation homes in Wild Dunes. This was definitely one of our favorites. We loved the single level living and private pool. The home is furnished so perfectly, with lots of beautiful books and it is coastal but not over the top. The location is directly across the street from the beach and beach access. Having access to the home from either inside the gated Wild Dunes and Palm Blvd. is a major plus for us. We loved it so much that we would have stayed a week or two longer had it not already been booked. We have booked a month in 2021

The house was a beautifully furnished three bedroom home. There were many areas in which we were able to sit and relax whether it was inside, outdoors on the screened in porch or poolside.
The location was ideal since it was a short walk to the beach. Our mornings began walking along the beach while enjoying the beautiful ocean view and breeze. The beach wasn’t crowded and the entire area was very clean. We enjoyed the well maintained area throughout Wild Dunes as well.

We love the home at 4 Dolphin Row, Isle of Palms, SC!
THe home was very clean, the rental agency very helpful and responsive for any issues that arose. A two minute walk to the beach. The only negative was street construction, replacing the aging water lines in the neighborhood. That shouldn't be an issue in the future as both streets, fron and back, have been dug up and water pipes replaced.

This house was very nicely located, about a 3 minute walk to the beach. It's nice to have a driveway on Dolphin Row or on Palm Blvd, where most Wild Dunes homes do not have driveways open to Palm Blvd. We enjoyed the one level living, as opposed to houses with so many stairs and levels. With 2 kids, it was nice to not have to have safety gates at the steps.
The pool was great and a perfect size for 3-4 people (2 of them being kids). It's got a fairly deep end (about 6') which is kind of nice.
Everything was clean and well appointed. The kitchen does have a Keurig if that is needed. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We had a great time and it was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children.

This home is absolutely spectacular! It is stunning inside and out. It was clean as can be and smelled fresh! The location was awesome. It was nice to be able to pull in the driveway from inside Wild Dunes or from right off of Palm Blvd if we were in a rush. It was too cold to even consider the pool but the pool was beautiful and landscaped so lovely. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The beds were super comfy! Lots of snuggly bedding! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. I am a professional chef and was impressed with the appliances and cooking tools. The knives in the kitchen were awesome! We were able to cook a great New Year's Eve meal for our family. We loved the small round table in the kitchen. It was great for quick snacks and lots of board games with the family. The large dining table provided plenty of seating for our family to eat dinner together. I enjoyed the personal pictures of the owner's family throughout. You can tell this is a family home that is well loved. Thank you for sharing it with others. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to anyone!

IOP is a beautiful vacation venue. Our family loved the location of this home in relation to the beach.The home was well appointed with everything we needed, except a full length mirror. We came to Charleston area for my youngest brother's wedding. Our entire family and his extended group of friends rented homes/condo's all over Charleston and by far I was most impressed with the home we had rented. Plenty of room for our group and the pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend the home and the Isle of Palms area to anyone wanting to visit Charleston. Only about 25-30 minutes drive to downtown Charleston and so peaceful when you just want to be on the beach and enjoy your family and friends!

This was our second stay at this property. It really is comfortable, and our grandchildren adore the pool. Only a block from the beach too. Although the parking seems limited, the property can also be accessed by Palm Boulevard and offers another 3-4 parking places,

This was our first time staying at this property and we fell in love the minute we walked in. Such a comfortable house and the owners thought of everything. Very close to the beach. Traffic on the main road can get a bit noisy but that's when you just go jump in the pool and forget about it!

We spent 30 days at 4 Dolphin Row and it was fabulous! The walk to the beach was short and the beach was loaded with shells, not people! We enjoyed the fact that from the beach, you could catch the sunrise and sunset! We hated to leave to come home...
