Guests will love the convenience of the local marina store for an early morning coffee and the quick walk to waterfront restaurant, Islander 71, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway. The private Den on first floor acts as a bonus 5th bedroom, with sleeping for two available on queen sleeper sofa. This home offers a view of the 13th Fairway from the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, and easy access to the Isle of Palms public Boat Ramp. Master bathroom and guest bathroom on top floor have been renovated for the 2024 rental season.

This spacious home is perfect for accommodating a large family or group. The dining room seats eight and the renovated kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook with additional seating for four. There is also a large living area with a 60" flat-screen cable TV/ DVD great for movie nights! This home also provides a Collection of Games, a private den with a flat screen TV and mini fridge, and a Pack n Play. When you want to enjoy the Carolina sunshine you can relax on the screened porch, sunbathe on the master balcony, or have a cookout with the gas grill along the back patio!

Queen Air Mattress. Washer/Dryer. Garage (one stall available for guest use only) with room in the driveway for small boat or additional vehicles. Hot/cold Outdoor Shower under the home. 14 Frank Sottile is a very comfortable rental. Our family had no issues with the house. Fully equipped kitchen which was very nice. We prepared multiple meals and had everything needed. Although the house was several blocks from the beach, there is a beach access at the end of the street. Saying that if the location from the beach is a concern. It is an easy golf cart or bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and the check out procedure was the easiest our family has ever encountered. Island Realty was wonderful to work with and overall our experience was outstanding!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect size for my family and I. We had more than enough room for everyone to enjoy a little quiet time alone if necessary and we all had enough room to gather in the living room together. The only thing I noticed was the cleaning of the home. I found hair in tubs of the bathrooms upstairs and the tub had a ring around it. Other than that the home was perfect!!

Although we live in WD, we needed a larger home to accommodate our entire family of 10. The house on Frank Sottile worked welll. There was ample space for everyone and the house location worked. We recommend cleaning the porch furniture & rocking chairs & outside front staircase needs repair. Everything else was ideal for our needs.

Overall our experience was great, it is a beautiful home, we found it clean and as pictured and we very much enjoyed the various spaces the home had to offer, especially the porches! The dining areas and living areas accommodated our large family really well, and the bedrooms were all very comfortable.We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the marina too! The house has great equipment for playing music but only has Xfinity (1 million channels of stuff no one wants to watch) and most of the channels we tried to watch didn’t work. There was no Netflix or streaming service available and we could not sign in to our own Netflix account. Wouldn’t have been a big deal in the summer, but for Christmas with a bunch of kids we would have appreciated a more convenient and useful entertainment option. Also, you will need to bring your own coffee, salt/pepper, etc. as nothing was provided by the property management company. Overall though we would highly recommend this beautiful rental home.

I would recommend Island Realty to anyone visiting IOP. We have rented from them for more than 12 vacations. We have been pleased with our stay at 14 Frank Sottile Lane over the last 5 years. This is said with the following caveat. We found the Wi-Fi at times was slow depending on how many people were using it. My other issue is that the mattress in the Master Suite was not very comfortable and led to less that optimal sleep. Other than those observations our stay was excellent. Looking forward to coming back to IOP!!

House is beautiful and laid out very well. My only concern would be if you had older people in the party. The stairs, both in and out, are extremely steep. For us, it was just fine, but I wouldn't select this when my parents were with us. Inside is great! Nice porch and outdoor space

This is our first stay at this property but 2nd on Frank Sottile Lane. It is short (10-15 minute) walk to the beach. Property has a partial view of the golf course and is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The house is spacious with enough room for our family. Generally very clean, the only negative was the back sun porch, the furniture was covered in sand. It needs cleaning and some of the cushions and pillows replaced due to the rain and elements. However, not enough to damper our stay, we just didn't use that space a lot.
The kitchen is well stocked and the sofa had enough room for our family. I would recommend they maybe replace the front steps as the wood is worn in places and if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you, as they are very steep, inside and out.
We loved this property and would rent again. The beach access is very convenient we also used the concierge service to rent beach chairs and umbrellas which was wonderful.
Also kayaked with coastal expeditions, which was great. We have been coming to the Isle of Palms on and off for 25 years and while it is more crowded and developed it is still a great vacation place. Island Reality was very good to work with and would recommend using their services as well as this property.

This house has everything you could need- kitchen includes enough for at least 14 to eat, as well as all the cookware you’d ever need! The bedrooms are great and large- and there are two sitting areas plus a screened in porch overlooking the golf course! Lots of parking as well as one space in garage! I suggest using the garage stairs as they are less steep than the front stairs. It even included a bar- with lots of games behind, and a second fridge in the pantry! I will definitely book this house again! It’s not close to the beach, but very close to inner-coastal waterway. It’s about a 19 minute walk to the beach. Oh- and there is a barbecue and beach items in the garage! Lots of towels in the bathrooms with laundry to keep them fresh! Enjoy!

This was a beautiful house in a great location with so much wonderful space for our family. It was clean and welcoming. It is also much nicer than it appears in the photo. There were only minor issues with door handles etc. Hurricane Dorian had just come through, so I think that the garbage pick up had not happened, so the cans outside were full when we got there. We did our best to keep all trash and recycling in or on the outside cans. Amazingly, we were able to check in on time even though your office had been closed due to the hurricane. The staff worked so well with us and we appreciate every effort you made to make our stay wonderful.

It was a great home to vacation in!! There is a lot of sleeping quarters. The master is huge and if you have little ones like us plenty of space to lay them there. There is plenty, and I mean plenty of blankets. A playpen. The kitchen is well equipped too! 2 refrigerators which is great. Stairs are steep to enter in home but so are all the homes on the street. Stairs steep to all the bedrooms upstairs but not terrible. The screened in porch is a great addition right off the golf course and the walk isn’t bad at all to the beach!

I would recommend clean of the couch in the main living stay and porch once or twice a year to just keep clean ! A couple items needed fixing but we let management know and they were out right away to fix!

We rented this house with another family, so there was a total of 11 people staying in the home. The house was the perfect size for all of us and the location was great. We walked to the beach daily, and it was not overcrowded at all- the house had umbrellas and beach chairs available, although the cart to carry them to beach could use some TLC (flat tire, for example). The house was in walking distance from a restaurant and water activities, such as kayaking, jet skiing, etc. More restaurants, stores, and services were a very quick drive. We spent a day in Charleston which was also a very quick and easy drive. We all agreed this was a great location and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only issues to note are quite minor:
the kitchen faucet needs tightened up, the dishwasher was a bit hard to operate and didn't clean that well sometimes, there were some blown lightbulbs in the master bath (that didn't really affect anything), and the water pressure in the master shower was not the greatest. There was a new building being constructed directly behind the house, which was not ideal due to the noise, but it was really minimal.

My family of 12 fit comfortably within this home. Updated kitchen and plenty of room for dining. As far as the maintenance of the home I would recommend that the light bulbs be checked regularly. Many bulbs in different rooms not working. Quiet location, but overall walk to beach longer than 2 blocks. Our family would definitely consider this home for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palms so much especially bc of the great concierge service and our great house. The house had everything we needed. We were upset bc we didn't have space to pack beach chairs and beach umbrella but it was supplied to us at the house. Everything was clean and everything we needed we had. Renting a golf cart was easy and very convenient. They drop off and pick up right at your door. The downstairs shower was a life saver for coming back from the beach and being able to rinse the kids off before tracking thru the house.

The rental agent made sure that our package with everything we needed to be able enter the unit was in a lockbox for late arrival. The location of the rental office was very convenient located. The picture of the outside and inside are as you see them. My group was there for a corvette car show on Daniels Island. This is a very well maintained house. We would stay there again the next time we are in the area. The only concern that we had was that someone had been fishing and the refrigerator had that a strong fishy smell, so instead of using the main refrigerator we just used the secondary one.

Had a good Christmas. Right next door to my daughter's home! Only "minus" was that the first morning in the house, construction vehicles started work at 7

We used this home as a base the week of my daughter's wedding. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was lovely. The house suited all the different families that were in for the wedding. Loved the view of the marina and the golf course. The screened porch was a beautiful place to start my mornings with Jesus! Thank you Island Realty for being so helpful with the reservations. I would highly recommend this home!

We stayed at 14 Frank Sotille and the House was exactly what we needed. Very spacious for lots of family. We were able to have Thanksgiving dinner and not be stacked on top of each other.

We had a wonderful week at this home while we were in town for our daughter's wedding. We needed space as much for wedding supplies and décor as we did for housing. It did not disappoint!! The home was clean, spacious and met all our needs. Loved sitting on the screened porch in the early morning and late evenings. We highly recommend this home and hope we have the chance to come again. Island Realty was phenomenal to work with as well!!!

We had an absolute excellent time and house was great. The only issue we see is VRBO should charge the proprty owner and not the renters. Major rip off. The rental property needs to be more responsive to emergencies like propane leak. We could have been blown up, took maintenance 1 hour to get there. Renters should not be charged leaving cleaned dishes in dishwasher, because you have to be out by 10 am, not normsl 11 am like hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was very accommodating and provided many areas to gather and relax. The flow of the home was great! When we checked in, there was a slight issue with a leak in the master bedroom but the Island Realty team went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was incredible! Michelle was so amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This property was ideally located near the marina and a nice beach access. It was on a quiet street. The house was spacious and adequately furnished with beds, couches, chairs, dining space, etc. for the price, it was a steal. It was not without quirks and kinks though. There was recent construction if a shower in the garage for rinsing off after the beach. Upon entering the shower, we discovered it was littered with nails and debris. Also, the access code to the garage was not furnished which meant someone always had to track sand through the house anyway to let the rest in. Island Realty quickly addressed the nails. The agreement indicated linens were included, but no kitchen linens were provided. When asked, Island Realty also addressed that, but only one washcloth and one drying towel were provided. For a house that sleeps 10, that's pretty sparse. There was no broom, and all of the hot and cold water controls for the showers were backwards (hot on the right and cold on the left). No pests, wonderful balcony and porch. Definitely clean inside. Very relaxing vacation after the small issues were worked out.

Wonderful, "big chill" experience with room to spare! I would caution individuals with mobility disabilities as there are numerous steps, very modest household cleaning supplies, especially trash bags and we arrived home to find a maintenance person in the home changing filters and were not notified by the rental company.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and size of the house. Overall, we enjoyed it and would consider rebooking this same rental due to the location. Some things could have been improved upon but you will probably end up with similar issues no matter where you booked. Some of the issues were with the overall cleanliness, non working coffee machine, amongst other minor issues. Again, overall, we enjoyed it and very satisfied.

The house was beautiful, but it was not cleaned very well. There were dishes that had not been washed and were put in the cupboards, and the floors needed to be swept. Also, the upstairs bathroom doorknob needed to be fixed.

Frank Sottile Lane 14 currently features a traditional drip-style coffee pot (uses grounds and filters).
