Overlooking the private pool there is a screened in porch which offers outdoor dining. Inside, the kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Serve your meal in the spacious dining area or take it onto the screened in porch and enjoy the night air. Don't feel like heating up the kitchen? Use the outdoor grill instead! Additionally, there is a fun entertainment room to the right of the living room complete with a foosball table, large T.V. with a Daybed complete with a trundle underneath. The living room has a terrific sectional where all can gather and socialize and enjoy a large flat screen T.V. as well. WIFI is included and all TVs use streaming services. This home is just short 2 block walk to the beach access.

Absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be back! The hosts are extremely responsive. The rental was clean, the pool was warm, & the beach was a quick walk up the street. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat that came by to visit, which thrilled the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Walmart, target, butcher, seafood shop, liquor store, & grocery store was all within a 5-15 minute drive. Charleston was a quick 20 minute drive. Check in/out was a breeze.

The backyard & pool make this house a great find. A little smaller than what we have rented in the past but nicely refurbished. However some pantry storage is needed.

We had a short stay in this lovely little place! There were 5 adults and 2 children and it fit us perfectly! The decor is beautiful, everything was in good shape, and it was a short walk to the beach! My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring anything you need for the kitchen including coffee filters, salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc because none of that was present or left over from other renters.

THis is our second time renting here and the renovations make it even better. The interior is great- we had 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. The pool is wonderful to have after a day at the beach. The beach access is convenient from this location.

The house was laid out nice, extra bedrooms were large and guest bath was good sized. Master bath was very tiny and the door wouldn't stay open. Pool only got cleaned once a week but the neighbors trees filled the pool with leaves and debris. Freezer wouldn't open and maintenance told us it needed 24 hours to defrost but gave us no options so did without ice and freezer all week.

This property was in an ideal spot a 5minute walk to get your feet on the sand. Although it didn’t look like much from the front it was beautiful inside. Kitchen well appointed 3 good size bedrooms with the trundle bed in a private room. Check in/out was super easy with superb communication.

My husband and I were notified a few days before our vacation, that the house we rented had a roofing issues and we were moved to another house. The new house had been recently renovated and was a comparable size to the place we had originally rented. Unfortunately, due to the rush job of renovating, there were some loose ends left including construction debris all over the yard, no dresser and night stands in one of the rooms, no hangers in the closets, paper blinds at the windows, etc.. These small inconveniences did not keep us from enjoying this clean, and convenient to the beach, home. We love the pool very much, even though it could use an update.

The house was described accurately, but it was not as clean as we would have liked, and was messy(including a bunch of stuff in the yard), and we had to call the management to fix a broken sink, and reset a towel rack which was not attached properly to the wall. The management was very prompt, and nice. One of the bedspreads had a spot on it, which made us think it had not been washed since the last guests. My husband had trouble with the TV The location was perfect for us, with just a short walk to the beach. Thank you.

House was overall nice, great location and close to the beach! Had some issues with one of the toilets and dealt with that everyday we were there. So that was a little bit of a headache but property management was very great about communicating with issue. Seems like a bit of updating needs to be done with house... But our stay besides that was good! We enjoy using Island Reality, we used them last year so we definitely plan on using them again in the future!

Rental home was good adequate space, pool was great. Only issue was there were mosquitos everywhere inside the home we spent two days killing them all. House was clean overall but there was left over soap and used razors in one of the showers that the cleaning crew missed before we moved in for our stay. Outdoor lights were not working at pool area so we had to swim on the dark.

Good overall experience just a few tweaks: Kitchen was okay, but we're foodies. Some of the burners on the stove weren't functional and the Cookware was limited. Like I said we're foodies. Pool wasn't ready upon our arrival, but was good to go the next day even though it was cloudy. Overall the Pool and Yard were GREAT and provided the escape we needed. Beds were comfortable. Living room was functional, but could use another Couch. A really nice place. We would probably stay there again.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at dog-friendly 3405 Hartnett. The accommodation was as described, clean and comfortable. Only two steps to the front door, with the rear door leading to a large screened porch, with one step to the pool area. The pool was cleaned twice a week and IR came around to roll out trash and recycling bins on the pick-up days. Kitchen area large, two bedrooms quiet and comfortable. We slept with the windows open in early October and had a wonderful breeze. Only two blocks to beach access paths and about four blocks to community dog park. Would recommend a bit less furniture and a radio.
