Wow ! The location couldn't be better. Well stocked on everything a person could need. Can't wait to come back. The fridge seemed to need some TLC or repair. The fridge side didn't seem to be very cold and the freezer was very cold. Their was frost build up in the fridge. Only saw one roach. Loved this place! Some mold in the shower areas. Wish I could stay all summer. The family loved it. There is a fan in the kids room that was nice but needs a good cleaning and new filters. It is pretty dirty. The dish washer which we did not use had a terrible odor. Just didn't open again. Minor things I know. We love this place. Hope to see #140 again soon.

The condo is at a great location on IOP. You can walk to get something to eat and drink. The beach and pool access could not be a shorter walk, which is great if you have kids. The community is quiet. I think there is some wear on the condo as you would expect with a vacation rental (bathrooms and kitchen). Also, the cleaners missed a cigarette butt in the kitchen wedged between the kitchen mat and shoe molding at the sink, which my toddler found... so I will be subtracting a star for that. I also thought this was a nonsmoking property... but I guess these guests smoke outside? Tip- move kitchen mat(s) when cleaning.

The view was great to the right..had trees directly in front of us.
loved the condo . The neighbor was doing serious construction work so it was very noisy all day. That was sad as we went to get some peace and quiet for my sister with cancer.

Absolutely loved everything about this oceanfront condo. It was beautifully updated, clean, and a very short walk to restaurants and shops. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked. We will definitely come back!!!

We had a great stay. The unit was awesome. The beach was easily accessible (less than 100 yds). The pool was great and convenient. The shower coming off the beach was reliable. Although weathered, the gas grills were great for "that day in dinner". The tv and wifi were very good. The beds, bathrooms and furniture were up to date and comfortable. All in all, one of the best stays we've had on the island.

It was a very good rental experience. We did have some miscommunication about the pool being closed at first (we couldn’t get a clear answer on if it was really closed or not), but overall we were very happy with our stay.

The location is fantastic and the condo has lots of space! The only problem is that the condo is no clean. There was sand all over under the rugs and beds. The washing machine had mold growing in it. The couch was actually tan colored due to dirt! The bunk bed was very uncomfortable and way too soft. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves. Seems like the company needs to hire a new cleaning crew that actually does more than surface clean.

We had the best time at #104. The view, the peacefulness of the beach, and the close proximity to all that is Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The condo was perfect for our family. + Excellent location with great beach access.
+ Pretty good view once trees were trimmed.
+ Excellent TV’s.
+ Excellent maintenance crew and timely responses.
- Heavy dish ware. Difficult to reach in cupboards.
- pots and pans really hard to access in tight corner cupboard.
- dishwasher needs a bit of help.
- living room furniture not really comfortable.
+ beds and bathrooms very good, especially master.

As usual we were very glad to be staying on IOP this winter. Happy with Island Realty a fun look forward to renting again from your friendly organization in the

We’ve stayed in several of the units at 1140 Ocean Blvd. through the years. They are lovely condos and just what we need for our vacation experience. This year we were able to see the SpaceX launch was a wonderful quire a sight. Two years ago we were there over July 4th and the fireworks were awesome. We love the beach, the shops and the Windjammer, the Dinghy and the other bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to return.

On the positive side, the first floor location is great for pool and beach access and not being directly above pool made for a quieter stay. Yard area is great for playing, and condo provided a beach and volleyball, along with beach toys and floats.
On the negative side, uni needs serious attention for a complete cleaning, cabinets, drawers, especially mold and mildew. Master bedroom bedding has seen better days (mattress, linens, coverlet), loads of pillows but no extra cases, draperies not fully attached in master or l/r. HOA did some trimming on tree on our second to last day, which helped the view. If having a good view is important, don’t choose this unit. Filthy light switches, had to call to have smoke detector put up! No clock in any bedroom. Deck furniture needed a good cleaning.
My understanding is that b/c owner uses a private cleaning service, Island Realty is not permitted to inspect the unit for cleanliness and repair; although, they can send maintenance, if guest fills out a form with the maintenance company. Island Realty was good to work with us about issues. No complaints on their part.

We have stayed in this complex several times, but the first time in 104. We were supposed to be in another unit, but had to be moved due to delayed construction. As others have stated, there is almost no view of the ocean from the living room due to the tops of several trees. The only view is out the master bedroom. This is also true when you are on the balcony. Everyone had to squish together on one end of the balcony if we wanted to enjoy watching the ocean.

There were too many pieces of old furniture on the balcony that made it cluttered. The Queen bed is extremely firm and loud. The kitchen cabinets are in rough shape.

Otherwise, the furniture and décor were all in good shape and useful. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The location is always great for access to the beach and walking to the local restaurants. The steps off the balcony make for quick access to the pool and walkway to the beach.

I wouldn't stay in this particular unit again due to the limited view of the ocean, but that is my priority.

On way over got a phone call from rental agency. Unit we rented had flooding from water heater. All effort was made to find replacement unit. Ended up with one in same building but for one day less due to availability. On the upside weather was great and unit was very good. Will book again!

We've stayed at 1140 several times and tried multiple units with generally good experiences. #104 was a great experience - it was clean, well-kept, had comfortable furniture, nice reno on master bathroom, and had great televisions (and Xfinity voice remotes). Easy access from balcony to pool and beach was great. Too bad the palm trees obscure a bit of the great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend unit. Also, the Island Realty check-in/out process was flawless this time.

This is our 8th time to Isle of Palms since 2007 and we always stay at Ocean Boulevard 1140. We love the location and like to stay on the first floor so that we can walk down the steps of the balcony to access the path to the beach. This is our second year in a row in unit 104. It has been recently remodeled and is updated and clean inside. The entire exterior of the building was painted since last year and gives it an updated look. Our only complaint about the unit is the furniture on the balcony; it needs to be refreshed. The salt air is turning some if it rusty and cushions are stained and dirty. It also appears that the new concrete walkways on the property to the pool and beach are already cracking and there are some tripping hazards. We liked the old wooden boardwalk better.

Great location across from cute little shops, Luke n Ollies pizza and Ben and Jerry’s. Also, short walking distance to ACME Low country the best restaurant on the island and wonderful breakfast place called Sea Biscuit. Several bars and restaurants rights next door. Grocery store also very close. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable in all aspects. It was a wonderful vacation and we will certainly be back to this condo again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating High School Graduation, 3 birthdays, and time with family. A beautiful location to suit everyone’s interests. The condo was beautifully decorated and had plenty of amenities. Our visit was just after the elevator stopped working. Island reality worked very hard to accommodate us due to the inconvenience. Early check in and help with carrying luggage to the condo.

Great location if you want to be in the heart of IOP. Unit in middle of property so good location and has the steps that go out of deck into yard straight to beach. Elevator out all week which was bad, but management has agree to work on a discount for the inconvenience as we had two elderly guests plus guests on the 3rd floor. Room was nice and modern. Renting this unit again in 2020.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The property was clean and well maintained. It provided plenty of room for 8 girls in their mid thirties. Bonus were the three full baths so we could all get ready for dinner. The location of the condo was in a great spot. It was easy to get to the pool, beach, and restaurants. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would return in a heartbeat.

Generally fine. other guests apparently had a fight at the pool and broke a glass table which ended up in the pool. the pool was closed for 2 full days. very inconvenient. Called island realty to inquire. didn't care. didn't offer to call the company that services the pool. very rude and inconsiderate in trying to make sure all 23 of us had a good experience. was not very happy with there indifference.

This home is amazing and would be great for family use. It comfortably slept 6 adults and it was super convenient for each bedroom to have a bathroom. This unit could use a bit of updating, but each guest felt comfortable.

This unit and it's location are great.

The only complaint that we had was that there were lamps without light bulbs and that all of the bulbs in the fixture over the dining room table were burned out!
