Wonderful home located in the Beachside Community at the Isle of Palms. Recently finished major renovations added a fourth bedroom and a brand new bathroom, making it one of the bigger properties in the Beachside community!

The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room.

This home is also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants at the IOP Pavilion. WiFi and Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

We had a great time with our extended family at the beach celebrating my son's graduation. There was a hiccup with one of the bedrooms but the management company came out the next morning and took care of the issue. The furniture could stand to be replaced as it has some excessive stains.Excellent location. Nice pool.

My family and I stayed at this location based on the reviews and limited homes available, due to the short notice. This location was close to the beach along with the shops and restaurants. The home definitely needs an upgrade.

It was wonderful very accommodating house. Far from the pool. Need to know the dishwasher needs cleaning it wasn't running properly and had a bad smell. Also the dryer lint filter couldn't be removed properly. Piece of metal bent inside.

I had a great time celebrating a milestone birthday with my girlfriends here! The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were nicely updated. It was a short walk to the beach as well as the grocery store and Co-op for Frose! Island Realty was great and even texted to let us know the property was available an hour earlier than we anticipated.

We stayed at this property because at the last minute, the property that we have been renting for the past 5 years or so had some maintenance issues and wasn’t available. It was quite comfortable and very satisfactory. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Island Realty very promptly came to the rescue. A couple of negatives: The kitchen was lacking in a few basic items and we had to wash some dishes and wipe out some drawers before using. The furniture could use a steam clean. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property.

We loved our stay at OCP4 with Island Realty, home is not far from the beach or town. It slept us all comfortably & we enjoyed many meals in the kitchen. Our heat pump went down on us last night we was there I called the after hours & withing 2 hours the technician arrived & had our AC running again! Thank you Island Realty!

Our week at 4 Ocean Court was agreat week. Except for a few rain shower only one day was all day. Our house serve us well we had 5 adults and5 children 1 year old a two year old a6 year old and a13 and a 15 year old All had fun with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the pool and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Easy access to the bridge to go to near by stores and recreation fun.

We stayed for a week, using all four bedrooms and three baths. The people staying with us varied but all was quite pleasant. An easy walk to the beach to observe the sunrises and sunsets and get a nice walk in. The master bedroom bed still needs work as does its shower.

We love staying in this house. Lots of fun memories. We just have one (but big ) complaint. The master bed mattress is not comfortable. A mattress topper has been placed on the queen size mattress; however, it is not as large as the mattress so it is like sleeping on a full size bed. The ideal bed in that room would be a king size bed. That would be heavenly. It was cold, windy and rainy most of the week. We managed to get wedding planning done and had good family time.

I have been visiting 4 Ocean Park Court since it was
Built in 1985. I always enjoy staying here. I love the improvements..the opening to the deck. Fun porch rockers. The addition of the 4rh bedroom. The extra bath with pocket doors. The coffee pot was broken. Island Realty promptly replaced it. The only negative I have to say is the
Master bathroom bed is very uncomfortable. We are planning to return , however.

This little gem is the perfect vacation getaway in Isle of Palms. The location is right over the bridge in a private neighborhood. The house is laid out to give privacy and the kitchen is spacious and perfect to cook your southern seafood dishes.
The bed in what seemed to be the master was a little rough to sleep on, but that is the only complaint.
The quick walk to the beach and pool made it a delight and a spot we would want to come back to. Loved it!

The house was fantastic! Updates have been made like adding the extra bathroom in the bunk bed room. The fixtures and cabinets are dated but it’s a beach house! Plenty of room to spread out and lots of comfortable seating. We appreciated the beach toys/ boogie boards and umbrella that were available as well as the gas grill. The only disappointment was that the pool and tennis court were closed but we were not notified of this in the listing or prior to arrival. That was one of the reasons we booked the house.

2nd year in a row that we stayed here. We LOVE the upgrades to this house. Additional bedroom with bathroom is beautiful and LOVE the new entry doors! The kitchen needs some TLC, and we struggled with a lack of sufficient pans and utensils. Overall we had another great vacation at this house and would stay here again. Thank you!

My grandchildren and I come to the Charleston area every year to visit their uncle and my adult son. Both children love the ocean so much that I decided to rent a property at the beach. This was the perfect location; a very short walk to beach access. I almost rented from Craig's List but was hesitant; a fear that was lived out in real time by a couple trying to get into their CL pre-paid "rental" just next door...never happened and didn't see them again. Island Realty was wonderful! We left my grandson's Gizmo watch and some clothing which Carroll found and shipped back to us immediately. Staff was quickly responsible to one minor problem with the fridge and I cannot recommend IR more highly!

Overall great experience. This home is located in a super location, with a handicap beach access very close. The community center is in close proximity as well. The home was clean overall but had some deferred maintenance and some cosmetic issues that could use some attention. I slipped on some ice and fell down the stairs and spent two days on the sofa recovering. We would rent the home again primarily for its location, and would recomment it to others. We do not play golf or tennis regularly so those are not desirable amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House was very comfortable and spacious, quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to walk to the beach. Only trouble we had was the front door keys didn't work very well, batteries in ALL the remotes were dead, and we couldn't unlock the back porch off the kitchen. Other than that, it was a great house to stay in. We will definitely be back here next summer!

This spacious home is perfect for families ! The location was great! Wishing we could have stayed longer! A few cosmetic up dates within the homemade wouldn't hurt but then again it's a beach house and we had everything we needed to make the trip memorable! We would rent this home again!

My family loved the rental. It was well equipt and beautifully decorated. We walked to the beach several times. My only complaint would be the traffic noise from the busy road through the master bedroom windows on the weekend evenings. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The 'master' bedroom is backed up to busy street- so a little noisy for me-also mattress in master is NO GOOD. Moved to the twin beds and
pushed them together- quieter and firm mattress- also shower liner
in master bathroom is moldy- other than than the house was well equipped and comfortable- (although a dead roach in one of the rooms upon entry was yuky)

Very good stay, but it does need a king size bed in addition to the queen size that it has and need some updates in the bathrooms. Tub floors are very slick and need a friction pad for the bottom. A good time and enjoy the grill.

Comfortable and well maintained. Great front porch to relax on. You don't have a view of the ocean, but you can definitely hear it and feel it. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery.

Traffic noise was the only negative, but that wouldn't stop us from renting this cottage again.

Highspeedinternet.com states that "With 100Mbps, you can watch Netflix or YouTube, attend Zoom meetings, and play most online games on several devices at the same time."

Isle of Palms Beach Access Station 21 is the closest access point to this unit. According to Google Maps, it is a ~394ft (or ~2 min.) walk.

Does this house have beach chairs/umbrella?

Although some owners choose to provide beach chairs/umbrellas for their guests, they are not items that we require our owners to provide so we cannot guarantee that there will be any in the unit for guest use. However, should you need them, we recommend renting chairs/umbrellas from a local company, IOP Beach Chair Co.
