Really nice condo. Interior decoration, comfortable beds and furnishings. No complaints there. Big problems checking in. Called day before to say we would check in late. Told to pick up keys in box at office. Obviously, that didn't work as 211 had no key. I had to get two people on the phone to finally figure out the code for the door. Ladies were very helpful in getting us the code.

Great location, clean upon arrival. This was our first trip to SC and was not educated/prepared for the weather. Pool is not heated so did not use the pool at all. The unit/decor is dated but still nice. I think each unit has their own hot water heater so we did run out of hot water often. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a laundromat across the road. If I were to return to the area, I would make sure it was during summer months so that we could enjoy the beach and pool.

We have been visiting IOP for 29 yrs. Have not ever stayed at Ocean Side villa. We loved the close walk to the beach and close to everything on the island. Our place was clean and comfortable. We hope to be able to rent this again. We loved having a pool right out side our door.

This is our second year staying at Ocean Side. The condo was very clean with ample cooking supplies. The proximity to the beach is fantastic, a 3 minute walk and you are on the sands of IOP. My husband enjoyed moring and evening fishing off the private pier. I enjoyed getting my steps in walking it in the morning. My only comment is that the furniture in the living area is not the very comfortable. It might be time for something new. The couch is a pull out bed so the cross bar can be felt when sitting. Other than that we really enjoyed our vacation stay at Ocean Side and have recommended it to everyone I know. Hope to see you next year.

What a wonderful month we had at Oceanview. The location was just across the street from the beautiful IOP beach. Daily walks on the beach and pier were a must. The unit was immaculate when we arrived. Linens and towels as well as soap, shampoo and lotion were also provided. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils and gadgets. We had two very minor issues that the maintenance department took care of immediately. My only issue was with the beds. The mattresses were all to soft. The queen sank in the middle. I will absolutely recommmend the Oceanside to all my friends and plan on going back next year. (Hope there will be new mattresses waiting for us!)

This was a great location at an affordable price. I stayed with my family. There were 6 people so it was a little tight but definitely not overcrowded. The kitchen was well-stocked so that was a bonus. The unit was located right behind the rental agency so it was easy to find. It was within walking distance to the beach and local bars and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The apt was clean, as seen in photo, overlooking the pool. The apt. is in need of repair, which was reported to maintenance. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. You can walk to the beach across the street, walk to restaurants, grocery store and seafood shop.
We enjoyed staying here, as it is cozy!

Condo was well equipped but somewhat outdated. No storage for food...maybe free up some space by taking some of the utensils out. Instruction sheet should be out instead of in the draw. Overall, it was a nice vacation and best location ever...near everything.

Spent the week here while attending SEWE '19. This was our third time staying in this unit. Close to the ocean, quiet at night an we feel safe here. Kitchen is nice but equipment wise it could be stocked a little better. We will probably stay here again next year. Check in was painless even though we arrived late (drop box).

We were pleased with the how clean the condo was. One item that would be helpful would be some type of stand where one could store groceries. Only place was 2 small cabinets above the stove. Only thing unhappy with was no Fox News available.

This condo was as it was described. It is alittle outdated. The bath rooms were both on the smaller size, made it alittle difficult bath a toddler, but waa able to still get it done. Love the location...

Pleasant surprise had not rented a vacation home before. The condo had everything and more than we expected. The Ocean was across the street from us. Very clean.Beach chairs beach ball. the only thing missing was no filters for the coffee pot. We would do this again.

Overall great - nice little place. The only issue we had is the Wifi wasn't very good so hubby and I had issues getting work stuff done while we were there. We had to set up a wifi network on our cells to download emails and log into our work sites. Other than that - everything was wonderful. Great little complex, quiet, and a few minutes walk to the beach. Oh, the avoid the touristy restaurants right up the road - head into Mt.Pleasant and Charleston proper - food was much better and half the price.

The condo was pretty much just as described, and in good and clean condition. Access to the beach was great, and we went walking there every morning for sunrise. Good restaurants, grocery store, and other shops are in easy walking distance. The area was calm and laid back in mid October, but I'm sure it gets much busier in the prime season. Access on and off the island was close and easy.

The management office was easy to work with when my flight was cancelled and I ended up arriving after hours.

We had two minor complaints. First, the provided wifi was slow and unreliable, almost worthless. (Kind of felt like the old dial up days.) So don't expect to be streaming anything or even getting any real work done. Second, there was a lot of noise and banging around from the occupants upstairs. Sound seems to carry easily between units. While these things were annoying, I would still be likely to look here if I ever return to the area again.

We booked our stay in October for the 2 weeks and were able to still go after the hurricane. This condo is very close to places to eat, beach shopping this condo had private access to the beach and a fishing pier. The condo had a great kitchen with all the dishes, pots & pans etc.

The condo has a small pool. There is a county park right across the street with a great playground, grills( grills are also at the condos), volley ball net etc and other things. We were very pleased.Ben & Jerry's and several great places to eat

We highly recommend this property. One note we loved being in this location in the off season but in the peak season if you want peace and quiet it will be a crowded place.

We did a quick last minute trip to Isle of Palm and stayed here at Oceanside C211 based on a sale of the property rental rates.

Pros: It was a nice enough property and the location to the beach and town were great. The pool was very nice at the property.

Cons: I do have to say both sofas could use a good clean or replacement. Both looked very dirty. Also the flow in the master bedroom bath was very low. For me personally, the master bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

One last suggestion would be that since the garbage can in the kitchen needs to sit out it would be nice if it had some type of lid to it.

Overall -- our stay was nice and we would consider staying here again.

Loved the stay in C 211. Nice room with plenty of room and lots of kitchen accessories. Need a new mattress on the pull out sofa. Terrible mattress. Didn't sleep well on it but the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

We were very happy with this condo. Nothing fancy - which we didn't want / need anything super nice. The condo is dated and could stand to be updated, but that didn't affect our week. Not super big - perfect for our family of 3. Great access to the beach and Ben & Jerry's ice cream! We had not been to the Isle of Palms area before and fell in love with it. Nice, quiet, clean area. We will be back.

We had a great week in the Isle of Palms and part of it was the great customer service we received from Island Realty and our condo experience.
