OCEANFRONT elevated beach home with ocean views and a gorgeously landscaped yard that is fenced-in and has a private beach access. Dog now considered for nonrefundable $250 fee per dog (*2 max, Fenced yard not responsible for unattended dogs). Guests can enjoy the large 55" flat-screen cable TV in the Living Room, open living/dining/kitchen space, and WiFi access. This home also features stainless steel appliances, large decks facing the ocean, a screened porch, outdoor shower, gas grill, and flat-screen cable TV in the master bedroom!

Ocean views available from the living room, dining room and two of the bedrooms. Private boardwalk leading to beach dunes. 2,956 sq ft. Linens are included. No Smoking.

Great location with easy access to a grocery store, many good restaurants on the island, and an easy drive into Charleston for more good restaurants and shopping! Loved that it was pet friendly with a fenced in yard! Enjoyed having morning coffee on the screened patio and then lunch out on the deck with a nice view!

We had such a great time at this perfect beach home! We had everything we needed for a great vacation with our grandkids and dog! Kitchen is well equipped for family meals, loved that the beach was not crowded (even over July 4th), the outdoor shower was great for hosing off and the beach wagon was a nice surprise with a baby and toddler and all we needed to haul back and forth. Highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon!

We live locally and decided to go out to Aoki for five days. This house could not have been more perfect for us and our kids and grandchildren and dog. It has a lovely, lovely fenced in yard, and the most gorgeous views from the house and deck and screen porch. It had everything we could possibly need including a beach cart and chairs. Maintenance was very helpful with the few issues that were taken care of immediately. I will definitely stay in this house again.

Our family just returned from a week here and it was great!! The house was clean. The fenced in yard was perfect and the beach was not at all crowded. The location was ideal and seemed to be in the the perfect spot for having the beach to yourself- there were a few days where we were almost the only people on the beach in our “area”. We were able to take our dog and had no problem with the fenced back yard. House was well equipped and we had no issues at all!

We had a great visit to IOP with our stay for 3 generations at 3204 Palm Blvd. The house has all hard flooring (no carpet to get wet and sandy) four comfortable bedrooms (each with two pillows per bed) and three nice bathrooms with new fixtures. The kitchen/great room is all open so you can cook, eat and relax all with good views of the ocean. This is not a "fancy" house it is a solid, older home that has been well maintained and updated. Everything was clean. The HVAC units are clearly new, The backyard is amazing for hanging out with your family/kids/dogs. We have rented at IOP for years as well as other SC/NC beaches from Kiawah up to Oak Island. This has been one of the best houses ever. The kitchen literally had everything we needed to Cook EVERY day of our stay. We do not like to eat out and there were all the pans, pots, appliances you could need. This property does not allow renters to leave behind items like spices so bring your own if you plan to consume it, but everything you neet to prepare it is here. As with any rental we found three problems as we got in and set up, We texted the property management and by the next day they wer.e handled. We would definitely come back to this property.

"Bare Minimum"

The Motel 6 of AirBnB, this house should be titled “Bare Minimum”. From the décor to the necessaries...all were the minimum.

There is not a carpet in the house...nor a lot of windows that opened (no cross ventilation). The kitchen had no windows or a hood vent, so be prepared for the house to smell for days if you cook inside. There were no supplies..not even salt and pepper, or saran wrap.

There were not enough pillows for the beds. There were a few spares in the closet but no pillow cases provided. The towels were thin and tiny and there were not enough provided for the number of guests.

The location and lot were great, but sadly we had pouring rain for the entire holiday weekend so we were stuck in the house. If we had been able to be on the beach the entire time the house would have been annoying but ok. As we had to spend the entire trip inside, it was awful. Very little air movement. Was damp in house. The tv is on satellite dish...so kept going out due to the clouds. The wifi was spotty at best, when it worked at all.

The grill worked fairly well.

We had a wonderful time in this property. There was plenty of room and the amenities (other than WIFI) were plentiful and efficient. However, the master bedroom did not have a bedspread/comforter on it - just a blanket and when I texted the company, maintenance received it and said they would forward. However, no response after that and nothing was done. Other than inadequate WIFI and the missing bedspread, the property was good.

This home is well kept and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and I was especially happy that the pots and pans were in good condition (we’ve stayed in many homes where the pans were barely usable). The bathrooms appeared to be newly renovated. One of my favorite things, and it’s such a small thing, is there are plenty of hooks well located for hanging towels and drying swim suites. I would certainly stay there again.

I’ve rented the location in the past and some improvements have been made. Love the landscaping. The rental was clean , the beds were good. There is an issue with a broken outdoor screeen. An animal was getting in everynight and pooping on the table in the screened in porch area. I like the property.

Great location on the beach and a golf cart ride away from the grocery store and restaurants!

We had our two children (under 4) with us and it was a family friendly home.

The kitchen was well stocked which was great and we used the gas grill every evening.

The home was clean but I could see it was cleaned a few days prior and unfortunately, the master bath has mold on the ceiling.

The property description of the interior was accurate, however the exterior was not. The yard flooded due to heavy rain and took several days to drain. One of the planks on the footbridge came loose and broke apart from the bridge. I called maintenance to alert them and was told "we'll take care of it." No one ever came. This was a hazardous condition creating difficulty accessing the beach due to the heavy flooding in the yard. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. It was obvious that extreme care was applied in sanitizing the house. The location was great. Overall it was mediocre because of the condition of the yard and footpath to the boardwalk.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. We would give this property a perfect score if the deck/boardwalk was extended all the way to the beach. Perfect location, great multilevel decking, excellent floor plan. Grocery store is a 4 minute drive. Beach is wonderful with easy long slope.. In all fairness regarding cleanliness, staff need more time or more people to properly clean homes. Will stay here again.

Location of house is great. I like having entry to two of the bedrooms from outside deck. Oceanfront view is always nice. Kitchen is well stocked. I cook on vacation and found everything I needed. Be aware the walk to the beach is a bit long if you take a lot of stuff. Boardwalk ends about halfway there. That being said, the natural barrier between house and beach is attractive. Beach is nice and large-did not feel too crowded even in mid-June. Towels and sheets were fresh, but overall cleanliness of house was not great. It had definitely been cleaned, but details overlooked. Island Realty service was great. Ice maker was not working and property management was prompt with follow up and repair.

Loved out stay at Isle of Palms. The weather was great. Rentals process was easy. Shopping and nearby restaurants made the stay complete. The kitchen was great everything you needed. Only recommendation is more bath towels.

The house is great. Really like the layout for our group. The two bedrooms connected with a bathroom in between is perfect for parents and a three year old. The kitchen is very well stocked and very clean. The entire house was very clean. I would suggest that the ice be dumped after each guest. The rug on the screened porch needed to be vacuumed also. We had a tropical storm dump a lot of rain on Monday. The rest of the week's weather was great. However, we had to wade through about two feet of water in the back yard to get to the beach. It became very dirty and yucky by Saturday but had not gone down much. That was not very good.

We recently stayed at 3204 Palm Blvd for the first time, and fully expect to return! The home was well located, private, quiet, clean, airy, modern, cool, light-filled and spacious. The home was more beautiful than the on line photos indicated. The kitchen was phenomenal and fully equipped with everything imaginable. The only down side was the dining room table was not especially comfortable for "long sits" -we are card/game players and while it was OK for dinner, long Monopoly games were uncomfortable. The management company was organized and responsive. Truly a wonderful vacation! Thanks to the owners for making such an inviting experience.

This home is better than the pictures! Amazing views of the ocean. Private lush back yard with private path to the beach. No need to bring anything for the kitchen as it is well stocked with any cooking utensil or pots you will ever need! There are only 2 things I suggest.. TV in each bedroom would have been nice! and a couple of new mattresses... Other than that this place was a dream!!!

We always use Island Realty for our vacation rentals and have never had a bad experience. This particular house is awesome. The kitchen is well equipped, the decorating is lovely, and the location is perfect. We stayed here with our daughters and grandsons. There was plenty of room for all of us. The back yard was very nice and the walkway to the beach was perfect. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We had a lovely family getaway for Memorial Weekend. The house had a perfect beach front location with private beach access. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for the foodies in our group that liked to cook. Maybe a few extra dish towels and pot holders but otherwise perfect kitchen. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The house was very clean and comfortable. If I had one minor complaint it would be that we could not adjust the a/c lower than 72 and it was warm at times but the house had ceiling fans in the bedrooms so that helped. We would stay here again and would recommend to other renters.

3204 Palm is a perfect paradise place in every way top to bottom. On the beach with a magnificent view of the ocean, immaculate and well maintained in every room, great amenities including a well-equipped kitchen with an expansive island, open floor plan, wonderful furniture, comfortable beds, an awesome deck, fenced-in yard with lovely landscape, and so much more. The best on the beach! My husband and I have rented this perfect place for the past 10 years in Jan-Feb-Mar and could not ask for anything better!

Our stay at 3204 Palm was perfect in every way. The home is immaculate and well-equipped, with open spaces throughout, comfortable furniture including the beds, and an outstanding kitchen. The view of the ocean from the house is awesome, as is sitting on the spacious deck and seeing, hearing and smelling the sea. And with that short walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful beach - well, it just does not get any better!

Very awesome rental. Very updated inside. Furnishings were beautiful. Very cozy, beech home. My only complaint is it needs TV's in every bedroom. At night when you are winding down for bed when you want to get away and watch your favorite TV program or catch up on the news there is only 2 TV's in the house in the main living area and what I think is considered the master bedroom. Other than that, it is perfection. 5 stars

The house was very comfortable and had a great location. Unfortunately in the middle of our week the television service ( Direct TV) went out and despite a visit from the Island Realty technician the service was never turned back on for the next three days of our stay. I also didn't love having the cleaning service show up at 9:30 on the day we were checking out--check out is 10. For the record, we were out of the house before 10. no need to treat repeat customers this way.

Travelled to Charleston with a group of six adults and three young children - this property was a perfect location for our group! The large open spaces were great for the kids (all under 2) to run around and play, and each of the bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The house has all the amenities we needed (ample parking, central A/C, kitchen appliances & cookware, grill, etc), and the open deck, screen porch and private boardwalk access to the beach were great for enjoying the weather. To top it all off we were an easy 25 minute drive to downtown - perfect! We'd love to return again and would highly recommend the property.

Our three-month stay at 3204 Palm Blvd was wonderful. The lovely house is in great condition, nicely apppointed, and the open floor plan and layout of the rooms is very well suited to our life style. The fenced-in yard is landscaped beutifully. And, the view of the ocean doesn't get any better!

The reason for the low rating for general condition was due to the house in general needs updating. And the low rating for the property manager was due to several times when calling them with questions they answered them but were not very friendly.

Although some of our property owners choose to supply hair dryers for our guests, it is not something that we require of them so we cannot guarantee that there will be one available.

Standard cookware in each Island Realty includes saucepans, skillets, a stock pot/dutch oven, a tea kettle, backing sheets, various pans for baked goods, a microwave, a blender, a toaster, a hand mixer, and a coffee pot.
