Through the living room and off the back of the house, you will enjoy being up in the trees while relaxing in the sun-room. Sun-room offers twin day bed. We had such a nice time at 910 Palm Blvd. The property was so comfortable and in a great location. We agreed that our trip should be an annual event. There are two things I would note for planning purposes... The coffee cups are quite small, so next time I may bring my own coffee mug. Also, the light bulbs in the lamps in the main sitting area are a bit dim for old folks, so I may bring some 75W to switch out next time... Other than those two very small items, the property was GREAT.

I was very pleased with the rental house on Palm Blvd.
It was very spacious with lots of areas to spread out.
The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee pot had not been cleaned from the
previous user, but everything else was clean and in order. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach which was great.There was also a grocery store and a few restaurants within a few blocks. I would have appreciated a few lightweight beach chairs to take to the beach and on on-line check-in would be nice, rather than having to go to the office. But it was a great location for easy access to everything the area had to offer.

This house was very clean and convenient to both the beach(2 block easy walk)and to stores. We have stayed in this house two times and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It is time for the owner to replace the old wobbly grill though. We did have a maintenance issue that came up but Island Realty quickly had a remedy and worked with us in a very professional manner. We will definitely use Island Realty in the future for our rental beach house needs.

We really enjoyed out first time staying in a beach house and this rental was in a perfect area. Great walking distance to the beach, shops, and food places. My family comes to Isle of Palms each year and it is our home away from home. Everyone is so friendly and the service is always great. Hope to be able to get this house next year when we come again. We have stayed in this home before and were just as pleased as before. Only two block walk to beach and shopping. Love the Harris Teeter grocery on island.
Cannot say enough good about the fabulous staff at Island Realty. Very helpful and kind. We missed our original reservation due to mandatory evacuation and Debbie worked for us to make our vacation happen.
Property was clean and in good repair. Beds were fresh and linens were pristine.
From the first day my grandsons were asking if we could come back very soon.

This rental is located right on the main road and is a two block walk away from the beach. The property was clean and well maintained and had enough parking space for 4 cars. If you're looking to go to downtown Charleston, its almost a 30 min drive away from here but if you r on Isle Of Palms just to chill, this is a really good place to stay. The amenities were up to the mark and as mentioned in the description and the mobile ap really helped with the details and directions.

We came to Charleston for a wedding and turned the trip into a short beach vacation. This house was perfect! A short walk from the beach, comfortable beds, big dining/living area and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is a little small, but there's enough space to do some cooking, which we did.

We were traveling with our 14-month-old daughter, and I was worried about the space being baby proof, but it was really quite easy to make this a safe space for her.

We rented the house for a Christmas/birthday get away for my wife and her family. The house is incredible close to the beach and even in the winter months it was warm enough to walk the beach. Came in on the Friday that Hurricane Hermine was skating across South Carolina. Our check in was prompt and caring regarding the weather.
We were prepared for the property being dated from previous reviews. What we weren't prepared for was how quiet and relaxing our stay would be.
The location is preferable for getting on and off the island, to the shops or to the beach. Good value for the location.
We only had two in our party however this property will sleep at least 6 more people. Bring your own beach chairs. Will rent again if return to IOP

This house was perfect! We were so pleased when we saw the house and the location! Great master bedroom with bathroom, really nice walk in closet and deck! The kids stayed in the other 2 rooms on the other side of the house and had a bathroom. Awesome sun room with daybed too! The kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy walk to breakfast at the Sea Biscuit, lunch at the Banana Cabana, the beach, and stores. Hope to stay in the house again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here with the family. Only 2 blocks to the beach and about half mile to the sea cabins pier. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Grocery store close by. On the negative it has a very poor coffee pot, no filters, no salt. The location was great since it rents much more reasonable but still within walking distance to great family activity

This house was the perfect size for us, and it was clean and comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach front, and to the shops over by the public beach. It being June, we weren't able to spend much time on the decks because of the mosquitos, but the sun porch was lovely.

We arrived in time for historic rain. The house was in good shape other than a strong moldy smell in the living room. The peak of the cathedral ceiling showed some mildew from previous leaks. After a very long hard rainy period the ceiling began to leak and then the texture layer pulled away and fell. House needs a new roof and living room ceiling. The rest of the house was in very good shape, clean and comfortable. The location on Palm Blvd was a short walk to the beach and convenient to shopping. The neighboring houses are close in back and on the sides, but not noisy.

Thank your for comments! Yes that was a very challenging week for many home owners. Thank goodness it is not every day that we get 24 inches of rain over a weekend. The ceiling and roof have been repaired.

It was not clean or updated. I'm not sure anyone had been in house for months. Window broken and wide open in bathroom. Leaves on floor in bedroom. All towels smell like onions. Mat/rug in front of kitchen sink dirty. Would not rent again. Bugs on ceiling in bathroom and on floor in breakfast area.

Please know that had this been reported to us we would have immediately jumped to address your concerns and repaired the window. This is an older beach home in a standard price range for the island, having said this we are always working to improve the level of our homes and our guest experience. We were so happy with our stay at 910 Palm. This house has everything we needed and then some! Well-stocked kitchen made cooking really easy. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable. Loved the back decks and the outdoor furniture. (Plenty of chairs!) Listing states that the property is 1.5 blocks to the beach, but it is really 2 to 2.5 blocks, since beach access is between 2 streets. Plenty of room for parking.

Answer:

Guest cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation, you will be responsible for your entire reservation balance until the property has been re-booked and confirmed for the same use period and for the same rate. Final payment will be processed to the credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival per the payment policy. There are no exceptions. If the property is re-booked for only part of the use period or for less rent for the reserved days, you may be credited the monies covered by the rebooking, and refunded the balance less a 10% cancellation fee based on the full base rent of the property. If the property is not rebooked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at booking.

If you're looking at the map on this property's listing page, the beach is in front of Ocean Blvd. So it is just over a 2-block walk!
