Description

This first floor, end condo is beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, in cool blues and sandy neutrals! It is incredibly sunny, bright and relaxing the minute you walk through door. The fully equipped kitchen with crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including fridge, dishwasher, oven/hood, and microwave will leave you wanting for nothing, and the owners made sure that you have plenty of comfortable dining space. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, a chair which folds out to a twin bed, flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch with partial ocean views. The peaceful master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed, a flat screen, and access to the screened porch as well. The newly designed bathroom off the master is beautiful and includes a walk-in shower with a designer "Shiplap" wall. It is hardly surprising that most guests who stay in this beautiful condo, rebook the condo before they finish their vacation. Both the living room and the bedroom have access to the fabulous screened porch, which has stairs and leads you to the beach and complex pool which are both only steps away.

**Important Notice: Please be advised that a siding and window construction project will be taking place on all Port O' Call buildings except for Building D. The work is scheduled to start on November 4th and continue through mid-March. During this period, guests may experience construction noise from adjacent buildings.**

We had a wonderful time staying at A101. The owners are lovely people and made sure the broken refrigerator was replaced with a new one as soon as possible. This was a well equipped rental. We will definitely rent this particular condo next summer. I just wish that the bed had a headboard. It’s doable and we like to read at night in bed.
So glad we found this rental!

My husband and I had a three night stay in this lovely condo. Nicely decorated and very clean! Nice towels and comfy furniture. Easy access to the beach and pool made it very convenient to run back to the condo when needed. Our stay was May 6-9 so due to the off season we didn’t have to deal with any crowds. Believe it or not, the only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower as it was so strong it blasted out like a power washer. Most rentals have weak pressure, but not this one! Even on the lowest setting, it still comes out with a lot of force. Other than that, this condo is great and I would definitely rent here again.

Upon arrival, we found the condo to be very clean, well maintained, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was in a quiet location with a nice beach and access to a good-sized pool. The bedroom had plenty of closet space, two large dressers, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. If the weather would have been cooler, we would have used the screened-in porch more. The beach chairs were a pleasant bonus as well. Island Realty’s communications were excellent! We enjoyed our time in Isle of Palms immensely.

I wish that had been included in the listing because we had already paid for chairs and an umbrella before we arrived. It is a great plus to have those included in a rental. Wife and I made a one-week Covid escape and stayed in Port O' Call 101. It was in a super location, was clean and had been recently redone per one of the neighbors. Comfortable and large enough for two. Nice kitchen, good bathrooom and well decorated. Convienent to beach. Island Realty check-in took only a couple of minutes. Helped with beach chairs before we arrived. Everything was professional and friendly. Wild Dunes area beautiful, private, lots of folks walking, biking and the like. If golf is your thing this unit is a minute drive to the course.

This one bedroom condo was recently renovated, and it was lovely. The condo is located in the Wild Dunes resort which offers the convenience of restaurants and places to purchase necessities on site. We used the Island Realty concierge service to rent bikes for the week, and the service was great. The Island Realty team is professional and very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Our very first time in Isle of Palms, condo was perfect for the four of us, very clean, had all the amenities we needed and more. Beach chairs and rolling cooler for the beach a plus! This was an excellent property. We stayed here for four nights just after labor day 2018 with two adults and one young child. Some of the furniture (barstools and rugs) was different from the photos, but otherwise beautifully furnished. Kitchen was well equipped, ice maker worked great, but they also provided a big bag of ice in the freezer, which was handy. Xfinity wi-fi and cable TV worked great the entire time. Ideal location for pool and beach access. Note that the pool you have access to from building A is not the one that this unit's porch looks out onto. Could have used some extra TP and paper towels, otherwise supplies were well stocked. Unit was also very clean upon our arrival.

From check in to check out it was a great experience. Check in was all but effortless. Condo in great condion, very clean! Modern kitchen appliances. Stack washer/dryer combo ok, hard to get detergent in washer. Basic linens provided. Owner has cooler, broom, iron etc accessible.Family friendly. Good location to both beach and pool. It s an end condo next to the parking lot, still very quite. I have stayed in several rental homes and condos, this is the BEST place yet!

We had a good experience with Island Realty when we placed the reservation, but the staff were not as helpful and borderline rude when we called arrival day with a question. My family and I had a 3 night stay and had a wonderful time. The convenience of the Condo was appealing, right next to the beach and pool. Had a very nice getaway. Would certainly recommend

What a great location and place to stay. We couldn't have been happier. The condo was absolutely spotless and exactly as described. It has very nice decor along with what seemed like brand new appliances. Check in and check out was so easy. It's a very quiet area which we loved and even on the first floor we never heard anyone walking above us. Looking forward to staying again.

Port o Call is our favorite vacation condos in Wild Dunes And everything you need is so convenient. This particular unit was very nice, but was lacking in furnishings and cook ware. Also if you watch much TV at night, there were only the basic channels. Convenience to the ocean was great. Would recommend this unit.

This was a great experience! Unfortunately it was a little to cold for us to go on the beach, but that did not prevent us from getting out and seeing all that IOP/Charleston has to offer. The rental was beautiful, very clean, up to date (not many cable channels, don't know if this matters to people) but didn't have a negative impact on our stay. Even though it is only a 1 bedroom, there was plenty of space.

Another fine vacation in Wild Dunes. Good location and excellent weather.Condo was more than adequate with a fine location. Island Realty staff were pleasant and, as always, very helpful. This unit was a better value than many on the IOP.

Answer:

While this condo complex is oceanfront, the building this unit is in sits back from the beach a short distance. The condo screen porch does offer direct walk out to the beach and pool.

How long is the walk to beach? Is balcony a beach view? Is it screened?

This unit's screened porch is next to the pool and the ocean is just beyond that! To get to the beach, just walk down the few steps from your screened porch and around the pool to the beach access path. This would be approximately a 1 block walk.
