The condo was good. Very close the beach. The TV’s need to addressed. There needs to instructions how to use them. They both used xfinity but one was a smart tv and the other wasn’t. You had to select the correct input mode and they weren’t identified by name, and the channel menu was different. Lastly they were both unplugged and it was aggravating to find that out plus we had to move furniture to plug them in. There are no ceiling fans in the bedroom or living room and they could get stuffy. I would only recommend the condo if these are addressed.

Basic things that people have mentioned before would be the caulking is disgusting in the shower and it's a beautiful shower. Also, the sofa bed is not comfortable like their description says. Other than that, they have done some really nice updates to the condo.

This condo is in an excellent location right on the beach. Great view of the ocean from screened porch. Comfortable bed but I do recommend bringing a fan for the bedroom. Bathroom is in need of some repairs but functional. Overall we had a great stay and would book this unit again.

First the good things. The location is good, good view of the beach. Kitchen supplies were adequate but could use some updating. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs the caulk removed around the floor of the shower is peeling and looks dirty. It needs to be grouted not caulked. The bathroom has a small hole in the wall and desperately needs a coat of paint. And a towel bar is definitely needed. If the bathroom could be taken care of (which would take any good handy man less than a day)I would rent this place again, otherwise-not.

We really enjoyed our stay. We like the Port O' Call floor plan especially the large screened in porch. Nice furniture.
However, someone needs to take an inventory of the kitchen. We had to buy more silverware, a hot pad, knife sharpener, can opener and measuring cups.
Also, whoever did the caulking in the shower should be ashamed. Not only did they do a terrible job, but used bright white on a brown tile.

Overall, everything was great, especially the screened in porch. The king bed was comfortable and the bath and kitchen were clean. The pool was nice and the beach was close. Nice view from the porch. Missed having a tea kettle, but aside from the “farting” sofa all was great!

Beautiful view, loved the screened deck of this second floor unit. King bed very comfy. Nice bath. Listing said kitchen updated, that was hard to believe. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. I actually sat on a pillow so I could stand it! Had trouble with the Roku TV but finally figured it out!

We loved A203. It is a great location, and we were surprised at the beautiful ocean view from our screened porch. Shortcomings were no fan in the LR, very stuffy, space open under the edge of porch leaving it open to bugs! Bathroom needs painting.
We would hesitate coming in summer or warmer weather because of the lack of a ceiling fan and the open issue under the screening on the porch. Both could be fixed so easily.

This is our 2nd time staying in a Port O Call condo and so far, this one is our favorite! The layout was great, there was plenty of room for 2 people. The view is amazing, we could actually hear the ocean at night from the bedroom even with the windows closed. We found it got a little stuffy during the day and at night even with the air on so we kept the windows open when we could to have some air circulating throughout. A small fan would have been a nice addition, but the windows did the trick. There were a couple of small things that could be improved, like the bathroom had some repairs on the wall that hadn't been repainted yet and the coffee maker was acting up a bit at first, but overall, definitely a place we'd consider renting again!

The unit was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The view was fantastic! The evening breeze off the ocean was wonderful as were the waves lulling us to sleep. The only problem was that we assumed the pool we faced was ours and the code did not work. Maybe just let others know that we are able to use the pool behind building C.
We went at a busy time of year and the island lacks enough restaurants & bars to accommodate peak season. Our location was not within walking distance of any such places.

1) Boths TV's did not work. The cable was disconnected on 1 and emote needed batteries. The batteries were upside down on the other - which was wireless & could not work unless the other one did. Air Conditioning did not work. All were fixed in a timely manner and everything else was fine. Lovely view, condo & very nice porch.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival! So many guests have asked that the owner furnish new silverware. I wish this would happen. I don’t like having to buy plastic. Everything else is provided which is great!!! This was our 20th year and had a fabulous experience. Thank you so much Island Realty! We’ll be back next year.

This was a very nice unit. We have visited Wild Dunes many times and always enjoy our stay. Unit was very clean and nicely decorated.

The condo was very nice, well-appointed with an updated kitchen and comfortable living room. We loved the screened in porch with the ocean view. We had a great time and we loved the condo. The view was fantastic and the place was beautiful. One thing that was bothersome was the refrigerator was very noisy we contacted the rental agency and they responded very quickly but could not identify the problem. Other than that everything was great.

It was really nice. The only thing I would like to suggest. We travels for 7 hours and checked out the rental before taking our bags in. I needed to use the bathroom and there was toilet paper. We had to make the trip back to store to get toilet paper. I found that really odd since there was paper towels in the kitchen.

This space is just as described in other reviews and description. We stayed comfortably with my wife and young son and had a great time. We were there during spring break and the property was very quiet, despite IOP being very busy. Beach is very accessible, close and nice. Great stay overall!

Lovely condo at Por-O-Call.
A few suggestions: Need a fan in the bedroom to help circulate the air. Also, the TV in the bedroom does not work! Upgrade the dishes and glasses as most are chipped and unusable. Fix the lock on the sliding glass door from the living room to the patio.

The space was perfect for 2 of us, but could accommodate 4. I enjoyed the 2nd floor view of the beach/ocean. Check-in was very easy. The TV in the bedroom was broken, but it wasn’t a big deal. The condo had everything needed. You could tell everything had been thoroughly cleaned.

Overall this is a lovely unit. However, there was a large area of mold on the wall near the ceiling in the bathroom, along with a hole in the wall. One TV remote had no batteries which didn't make much difference because the bedroom TV didn't work.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We were thinking about coming back the following year. We found out in mid-February that the unit had been offered to someone else,who took it. We rented a one-bedroom oceanview condo in Wild Dunes Resort. We loved the location, the condo, and the service provided by Island Realty. The Port O Call development is excellent for couples who prefer the company of other adults. Most of the condos are one-bedroom so larger families tend to stay elsewhere. The pool is lovely and clean, the beach is wide and sandy.

We were there for a family get together for Thanksgiving. Loved the golf cart parade on Thanksgiving morning. The property was clean, comfortable and well furnished. My only disappointment with this property was that there was not a hair dryer.

We enjoyed our week in IOP at Port O Call A203. The rental was very clean but had a couple of minor issues (torn out screen, broken cable box) that we reported and were repaired and replaced quickly. The location had a great view of the beach and was a pretty close walk to the pool and beach. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable and clean.The kitchen was well stocked and fine for the two of us. A fan over the bed in the bedroom would be a nice addition since it was warmer in there than the rest of the unit. The mgmt company was very responsive to our needs and fixed the two items we noted quickly, but I would rather they checked for repairs before our arrival. I would recommend this unit to a friend

We stayed here the week of 9/22/18-9/29/18. I found Island Realty very easy to work with. I called them on our way in as we were arriving before 4pm and they let us go ahead and enter the property early. We really appreciated the location of this condo as the complex is right on the beach so we could just walk out and head down the path the beach. The condo was decorated very nice. The couch in the living area was very comfortable. The kitchen area was gorgeous with the granite counters and nice lighting. It helped motivate us to cook some during our stay. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. for the 2 of us. We really liked sitting out on the screened porch and eating breakfast or dinner. There were only 2 negatives that stand out in my mind. The first is it didn't appear that the owner subscribed to HD cable service and they just had basic cable. I know it's probably petty because we're at the beach and do we really need to watch tv, but we like to at night before going to bed. I've probably become spoiled with technology but it's hard to watch non-HD channels these days. The other negative was that there wasn't enough cold air flowing to the bedroom from the A/C. We didn't contact maintenance and I wish we had but by the time I was going to, we only had another day left on our trip so I didn't bother. Overall I thought this was a nice place and the renovations were very nice. I also felt the place was clean which is a big plus to us. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a 1 bedroom condo on the beach.

More or less as pictured. Very minimal ocean view, nice pool view. On second level. Complex is on the beach but this building is set perpendicular to the beach so it is about a 100 yard walk from your door to the beach.
