We really enjoyed this villa! Some of the furniture could be upgraded (and updated), but overall it was great!

Bathrooms (not master) could also use some upgrading, but a huge plus was that it had 4 bathrooms!!

We had 6 people - perfect space for 6!

We would rent this again.

We had a great time at the vacation rental for our group of 7. The house was accommodating and spacious, providing plenty of living space for meals, games, and hanging out together. The kitchen was well-stocked, although we didn’t do much cooking.

There are two parking spots in the driveway, but be aware that any additional cars will need to park on the street or in the lot across the street. The security staff was understanding and allowed us to bring other cars through when we explained where we were staying, as Island Realty only provides two parking passes.

Beach access is about a 5-minute walk, which isn't bad but can be challenging if you have a lot of beach gear. On one trip, we had someone drop two of us off with our beach stuff (bags, coolers, games, chairs, etc.) to make it easier.

Note that the listing says it sleeps 8, but the third bedroom has 2 full beds, which might be a tight squeeze for two couples. One person in our group ended up sleeping on the couch, but she said it was comfortable.

The beach chairs and boogie board were a nice surprise, and there were other beach items (umbrella, cooler, toys, etc.) that we didn’t use.

Overall, we had a great time, and the rental was perfect for our long weekend.

Home was perfect for us! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach. We only had two of our four adult children with us, but the place could have fit us all, plus some!

Enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was clean and comfortable and near the tennis courts and beach. Walked across to the pro shop each morning for delicious coffee so we didn’t even use our coffee pot the whole time! The only drawback is- the stairs inside going up to the 3 bedrooms are not easy to walk on. They have these thick treads on the edges and you can easily stumble on them. So we had to put shoes on to be able to get up and down the stairs. We enjoyed the comfortable den furniture and it was a quiet area.

Back Court 39 was great. Clean and well-equipped. Good location central to the island close to the Harbor Golf course.
The best part was the service provided by theIR staff. Jennifer and Michele were extremely attentive to us. Michele set our TV situation and walked through the streaming features of the our condo's tvs. All worked out well.

I had a great experience at the home I rented in Wild Dunes from mid-Jan through Feb 10, 2024. The home was spacious except for the kitchen counter space and size. Loved the location near the Harbor golf course. Easy walking access to the beach past the Sweetgrass Inn and shops. Great restaurants and easy access to grocery, etc. Home was very clean when I arrived and well appointed with furniture and amenities. I would rent this home again during the same general time period.

My husband and our two adult children stayed for two months at this beautiful villa and enjoyed all of the amenities of Wild Dunes Resort and IOP. We also enjoyed being able to bringing our granddaughter to the beach for her first experience of the ocean. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, tennis, pickle ball, bike rides and the sunsets at the roof top bar of the main resort hotel. There was music on the weekends at the boardwalk pavilion where we enjoyed the salt air. The beds are clearly and so is the master bathroom. There home decor is spectacular and the streaming on the TVs is super easy using our log in information, such as You Tube TV. I highly recommend this villa for all ages.

we ran out of dish washing liquid and paper towels. the unit should be given a larger quantity of these items. There was a kureig machine and coffee maker in the unit. I called Island Realty to ask if there was a Kureig machine and or a coffee maker. Island Realty said there was a coffee maker and not a Kureig. I would have brought kureig pods had I know. Otherwise the experience was great!

This was a perfect rental... As pretty as the pictures and exactly as described. Clean and well stocked. Convenient location to other hotel amenities and the beach. We timed our walk from the beach and it was only five minutes. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall very good experience. Location was great right across from swim club pool, walking distance to beach and hotel pools . The townhouse was clean and spacious. The only downside is that there were no beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas provided. This would be a great addition to a beach are condo. We flew in so could not bring them.. Rentals are available at the beach but VERY pricey .. WE went to Walmart and bought some cheap chairs..But was a great place would stay there again !

This rental was roomy and had everything we needed. It was great that each room had its own bathroom and the screened in porch was nice to have. The house was in a good location with the pool right across the street and the beach was a short walking distance. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Loved that the location of the condo was right by the pool it was so easy for my kids to swim anytime. The furnishings were so nice and even the outdoor patios had very nice furnishings, the screened patio seemed to be missing the tv and the tv in the living area didn't get any channels and we could not get the fire stick to work probably because the tv was an older model. Honestly I could care less about the tvs but my husband wanted to watch at night-LOL. Loved that there was a full size washer and dryer in the garage. Probably the only con was that the supplies were very stingy. One roll of TP and no hair dryer! I thought to bring extra toilet paper but I have never rented anywhere that didn't provide a hair dryer. All in all one of my favorite rental condos- also there are 4 full bathrooms!
