We totally enjoyed our time at !0 Sand Dunes Lane. It was an exceptionally well maintained and equipped home and ocean views plus beach activities were amazing. We saw surfers, wind surfers, and enjoyed great meal both on and off the Island. Perfect location to recharge your life! We will be back next year.

We had a great stay. Great location on the beach, within walking distance of restaurants, groceries and other supplies. The fireworks on July 4th were fantastic. Our only disappointment was that a previous guest had left the gas grill in terrible condition. But overall, we enjoyed the house.

On arrival we were in awe of the amazing view that could be seen almost everywhere in the house. The home is clean and well-furnished with direct access to a very well-maintained path to the beach. We made great use of the outdoor shower and the ample seating both indoor and outdoor. The washer and dryer capacity were perfect for our family and the bedrooms very comfy and quiet. We even fit in a couple games of tennis during our stay in the community court and really loved that extra feature!

I enjoy the Spoleto Arts Festival each year and have stayed in this lovely property for the last two years. My adult children enjoy the beach and I enjoy sitting in the decks taking in the scenery.
I did not reserve the house for next year just yet because I am not certain that my health will let me visit in 2024.
I hope that I can visit again and will specifically try to get #10 Sand Dune Lane. Perfect location. Lovely home.

Lovely home, excellent location. Everything worked well, but dishwasher rack is rusty and loveseat upholstery needs cleaning. Comfortable beds, plenty of extra pillows. We would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our week at #10 Sand Dune Lane. My children and their spouses are definitely beach people and they made the most of the opportunity. I, on the other hand, was there to enjoy the Spoleto Arts Festival. The beach house was very close to the connector; thus, an easy commute to Charleston. Perfect.

This property exceeded our expectations. The rooms are bigger than the on-line pictures look. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic beach access. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The house and decks provide beautiful ocean views. Island Realty was very quick to respond (within an hour) when we found that the propane tank for the gas grill need to be replaced. The whole family had a wonderful vacation!

This lovely oceanfront home was a little paradise for our family, kids and grandkids. The views are spectacular and easy access to the beach. So so so relaxing and easy walking/biking distance to Harris Teeter
and Simmons fish market. We walked to the Long Island Cafe and had a fabulous dinner. Grandkids loved the soft serve next door at the co-op!

Fantastic view. Close to beach. Nice accommodations. Siding is coming off the the side of the house that faces the beach path. Multiple electrical outlets did not work and probably should be checked by an electrician.

Great location oceanfront. House slightly dated but still awesome. Easy walk to stores and restaurants if traffic gets too bad. We had 8 but the last night comfortably slept 11. Easy check in and quick response from Island Realty on maintenance issue. 20 minute drive to Shipyard Park in Mt. P for baseball tourney.

A relaxing, private, beachfront home with plenty of outdoor and indoor spaces to gather with family and friends. Lovely multilevel decks, and a hedged backyard for games. A peaceful place to view pelicans, doves, sailboats and cargo ships entering Charleston Harbor. A well appointed kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, and tennis court and pool access are included.

We had a group of 8 people, 3 couples and 2 singles. So the property was ideal for our group. This was a get away trip from Indiana 10 degree weather. Although temperatures were cool for SC it was a welcome relief for us. We arrived a little early but fortunately it was available for entry, so we were able to enter right away. Everything was as advertised and better than our expectations. We would definitely recommend this location will hesitate to return again.

The house was in a great location on the beach. The views from the house were amazing. The short walk to the public beach was very nice. The house itself was in pretty good condition. It is starting to show some wear here and there. The three doors that go to the deck all have handles that are just about impossible to lock. The first floor AC unit went out so I called the repair line and it was fixed within a couple of hours. I think the value for the location is pretty good.
Of course there are alot of great restaurants within a short drive from this house. It was a great time and we would love to go back this house.

Upon entering the home the first thing you see is the beautiful view! We all had a wonderful time. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. We arrived early and were able to get in a little early. Perhaps we rushed to cleaning crew because we did have buy some supplies to clean up the bathrooms. We also bought some extra pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet as there were only two on our bed. Beautiful property, beautiful home!!

This was my second vacation stay on Isle of Palms SC with Island Realty. In May 2017 we stayed in the Wild Dunes area in a condo on the oceanfront. This time we ended up in a beautiful house on the beach that was in a quieter residential area. The house was very comfortable and well furnished inside and had all the amenities you would need for a relaxing week on the beach. I spent a lot of my time on the deck enjoying the view of the ocean. The Island Realty staff was very responsive and caring. I would recommend Island Realty for your vacation needs and will use them again.

Except for a couple of concerns, we had a wonderful time.
!. The front door lock is very difficult to open; needs WD40 and lock secured better.
2. No instructions on how to work tje DVD player and no channel list. We mentioned this last year.
Hope it's there next fall.
The house is beautiful; everything we needed was there for cooking,playing rummikub, and just relaxing with friends. This is our third trip to Isle of Palms (5 retired ladies who left their husbands in TN). I definitely recommend this lovely home.

Great house. Perfect location. We vacationed in Isle of Palms 15 years ago and have considered it the best vacation we ever took, so we were concerned after all this time it wouldn't live up to expectations this time. We need not have worried. Very clean house. Lots of space. Right on the beach. The view from almost every room was fantastic. The sunrise each day was worth getting up early for. Coffee on the back deck was such a pleasure. And of course the beach is right there, so close. We will remember this week for the rest of our lives.

This house is perfect for a family. The upstairs master with jack and jill bath connecting to bedroom with twins worked great for one of our family members with children. Each bedroom downstairs has a bathroom. The view is incredible from the two large living areas. We especially liked the floor to ceiling windows that increased the lovely view. Lots of seating and table space. One of the best stocked kitchens ....nice pots and pans for any type of meal.

Overall our experience was very good. Check in was easy, the house was nice, reasonably well equipped and a convenient location. Being close to the pier it can be busy but the beach is big enough to have your own space. Having toys and chairs provided was a huge bonus. I did not like having to go out for trash bags and dishwashing soap as what was provided was not adequate.

Home was very nice and well constructed. Sliding door to back porch and beach was rusted and cumbersome - and since it's the only door to the outside, it was a constant annoyance. But, otherwise, the home is well-maintained - Kitchen was one of the best stocked for a vacation rental that I've ever experienced. Short walk to beach, very close to connector and pier, so I imagine that at the height of the season it would be pretty crowded - we stayed in February, so it was not an issue.

You can tell that the owners care about their property, and we thank them for sharing it with us. Our adult kids joined us during Christmas week. We hung our stockings near the mantle with care, put up a little tree and brought poinsettias from home to add to the spirit. The place had a welcoming feeling to it, was furnished with clean, comfortable couches (although the couch pillows near the ocean-view windows were a little too big and firm), comfortable beds, an appropriately stocked kitchen. The deck was great in that the railing was low enough to allow us to see the ocean w/o having to peer thru rails. The ocean air might have caused the deck screen door to rust because it came off the track and we couldn't use it. Probably the only thing I'd improve is the lighting in the sitting area/table area closest to the ocean/deck. The location is excellent -- within walking distance to Harris Teeter and a few other stores. We loved this place and would definitely recommend it.

our over-all experience was wonderful. Four good friends who walked on the beach, played games at the table that allowed us to view the ocean and enjoyed a room all our own if we wanted to be by our self.!! The kitchen was updated and had every cooking utensil needed for the nights we stayed in. The location of the house is superior; just out the door and down to the beach. Concerns: instructions to operate the TV and DVD player and a list of the TV channels. Island Realty helped resolve any concerns we had. Wonderful seafood restaurants are nearby and Charleston is about 20 minutes away.We are planning on returning next year for another perfect week.

House was clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed. I liked that it was in a private community. It's only a block from the public beach, so on very crowded days the beach is pretty busy. But it was never an issue. We were in a perfect spot to watch the fireworks from our deck. The private backyard is perfect for family games like cornhole or ladder golf. The hammock under the house got a lot of use.

Only issue we had was the delivery of a new washer/dryer. There was no communication from the property managers and two guys just showed up in a truck.

Overall, layout of the house worked really well and we'd recommend this to others.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Isle of Palms. Our home was conveniently located to the beach and to fabulous restaurants. The property's recent improvements helped to make our stay enjoyable. The views of the ocean are spectacular. Three families stayed in the home along with two young children. Everyone seemed to find enough space in the extended great room, especially on a rainy beach day. There was plenty of parking for three vehicles. The clothes washer was very noisy. So, plan to wash bathing suits and towels when you are eating dinner away from the home. Be prepared to use lots of bug spray when staying in this area.

My husband and I and three of our children rented Sand Dune Lane 10 for 5 days. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home is well maintained and is at a great location. Although I wish the master were upstairs rather than on the first floor it's still a great place to stay. If we decide to do a repeat vacation on IOP we'll definitely consider staying here again. We are a blended family so there were plenty of bedroom options to give each child their own room.

We didn't have a need to contact the office for any assistance however our check-in and check-out were quick and painless.
