Nicely updated throughout with a fully equipped kitchen adorned with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku devices connected to all TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login to any of your favorite streaming channels within the Roku app.

With a large open sundeck on the front, and screened in porch on the back you can enjoy the ocean breeze with the sun on your face or enclosed away from the elements and bugs.

We give 10 out of 5 stars. Property so clean and comfortable. Such a pleasure to walk our dog on the beach and in the neighborhood. The management was 100% hassle free. We were pleasantly surprised how easy and quick it was to get to the historic sights in Charleston.

Great Vacation - very relaxing

Beach access is very close (across the street). The Beachside neighborhood is very nice - close to grocery store and front beach shops/restaurants. The house was clean upon arrival, kitchen well-stocked. The front deck is relaxing especially early in the morning with light beach breeze. The back yard is not fenced in and mostly mulch with patio furniture that no one has used for many years. If you have a dog you'll have to walk the neighborhood with your a pet on a leash - be careful of hot street. Outside shower is located under the house -- could use a good cleaning. --- Overall a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home, across the street from the beach! Access to the pool and tennis courts, as well as pathway to grocery store (Harris Teeter) was very nice. Island Realty was really easy to work with --would recommend them:)

We really enjoyed our stay on Sand Dune Lane at a great house in a great neighborhood right by the beach. The house was perfect for me, my wife and my college daughter to spend the week. It was also situated right across the street from the beach and an easy walk to town for lunches and dinners.

Access to the beach is right across the street. The Beachside neighborhood is close to the Harris Teeter grocery (you can walk to it) and restaurants. The house was clean upon arrival, kitchen well-stocked. It's peaceful sitting on the front deck in the morning, sipping coffee, feeling the sea breeze, catching a glimpse of the ocean. There's not much in the way of a back yard (just a lot of mulch and some patio furniture that no one has used for years), so if you have a dog (as we did), you'll have to leash the pup and walk the neighborhood (which is pleasant when the asphalt isn't too hot). Regarding Island Realty: This is our fourth time renting from them, and we've had no problems. These are not complaints but observations: Their added fee for a dog is too high, they should update their systems to allow check-in without stopping by the office, and I find their constantly shifting pricing model to be rather frustrating. But back to this house--it was the nicest we've rented from Island Realty, and we'd happily return to it.

Great experience with this property. Very clean, great location. Across the street from the beach, also easy walk or bike ride to Isle of Palm restaurants and shops. Check in and out process very easy. We would definitely rent this property again.

The house was very clean and nice to stay in. Well stocked kitchen. Across from the beach- good views of the ocean between the houses that are beach front and you can hear the ocean well. Comfortable porch. The gas fireplace was a nice bonus on the cooler evenings! Island realty is always easy to work with and attentive/responsive.

Love this neighborhood and have stayed in other rentals here before. This house is super cute and very nicely updated. Great views, unbeatable location, easy check in/out process, great communication. Would have loved to have some extra blankets but otherwise nicely appointed.

I loved staying at 16 Sand Dune Lane for 2 weeks in June / July 2022. The house is comfortable and beautiful, well equipped. My only complaint was that our outdoor shower did not work for half of the time. And the access to the shower is through the garage, which is mostly clean but has some junk throughout as well. It would be great to clean up that space and maybe even make it usable!
