We had an excellent time at our stay. Sea cabins is located right at oceanfront with a great swimming pool, and laundromat. Just a walk to the beach. The cabin was bright and clean, had all the accessories you'd need. One thing was extra towels, that came in handy. The kitchen was very well stocked. A lovely place.

Other than issues with the cable TV service, and that was the condo owner’s responsibility, our stay was a very good experience. View of ocean was good and property was well maintained. The Sea Biscuit cafe near the unit has excellent breakfast and service. We will be back!

Having stayed several times before, I knew what to expect. This property is so conveniently located and ideally sized for a single or a couple. Cabin 224B is probably not the fanciest or upscaled finished in the Sea Cabins but is nicely furnished and well maintained. I felt at home and comfortable there and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Nice condo. Only suggestion would be to invest in blackout blinds for the bedroom and front glass window. It's difficult to sleep in a bright room. Otherwise the condo was nicely appointed and very tidy.

1st stay at the Sea Cabins but we've been to Isle of Palms many times. This unit was clean and had every thing in the kitchen we needed to make ourselves to home. The walk to the beach is easy and great places to eat are in walking distance or just a short drive. There are steps to climb to get to the room so we stayed on the 2nd floor and that's not to bad. Good view of the pool and ocean. Its not a fancy place but a fun place to stay and enjoy your trip from. We'll be back.

I've been staying at Sea Cabins about once every year or two for 15 years and the reason I keep coming back is because it is oceanfront. The ones I've stayed in are not always the cleanest or updated but oceanfront from the balcony at the cheapest rate is why I go back. Office staff doesn't seem as customer oriented as in years past, Jacob has NOT been friendly or helpful any of the times I've talked to him. You'll pay more if you want one that has been updated but I'm there for the view/balcony so I go the lower rates. Usually they are clean. 224B needs to add a Keurig.

Very friendly staff at the Island Realty office. The condo was very clean upon our arrival, and we were able to get in early, which was very nice. I love the location of the Sea Cabins and can’t get enough of the ocean view. We have stayed at the Sea Cabins 4-5 times now, and will continue to make our reservations with the Sea Cabins. I only have two issues with my most recent stay. Our unit had a bit of a musty, damp smell. It wasn’t awful, but it was noticeable. Second, there were no sheets for the hideaway bed. I did not call the realty office to try to get sheets, as we improvised and it was fine. There were tons of towels and we really loved that. Overall, this is a fabulous vacation location and I highly recommend it!!

We are repeat customers for Sea Cabins. The unit was nice but cleanliness was an issue. Upon arrival, there were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet, the toilet was dirty, and the coffee table and living room amenities needed dusting. I purchased a toilet brush at Harris Teeter and cleaned the bathroom myself. We had a fantastic time otherwise. But we were greatly disappointed with the housekeeping services prior to our arrival. We literally left the unit cleaner than we found it upon check in. Management can contact me for further information. My expectations for cleanliness were not met. Especially with the COVID protocols that should’ve been in place.

The door to the Sea Cabin had gaping holes letting in cold air from the outside - needs new outside door. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. Needs new mattress on sofa bed. The stove top needs replacement - burned on spills. The Sea Cabin was decorated quite nice with a wonderful view. Just needs tome updating.

Came in on tues oct 2 . Refrigerator was not working. Called maintenance. They brought out a dorm size refrigerator and put it on the kitchen counter. The refrigerator was so small we couldn't put leftovers or small cokes in it. Requested a new refrigerator but never got it.

The Sea Cabins are located within walking distance to several restaurants, gift shops, a grocery store, and next to a park with a very nice playground for the little ones. The private pier and private beach access add to the perfect location. The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, including a gorgeous ocean view while we dined on the balcony. We had a great time at Sea Cabin. Only 2 complaints: Pier closed due to erosion from hurricane Irma (not their fault) and sofabed very uncomfortable (as most are). So all in all a good vacation stay.

Unfortunately we only got 4 days of our 7 day vacation due to Island Realty Closure for Hurricane Irma. When we finally were able to check in, we had a wonderful time. Hopefully we will be able to get a refund for the 3 days we did not receive.

It was a last minute reservation for us and Island Realty was very helpful and accommodating. Unit Full Bath, Kitchen, and Living room was very nice. I would have like to see a King size bed unfortunately bedroom can only accommodate a queen. That said I would recommend putting dresser in close and half half dress half hanging clothes. Bed Board was up again wall and made loud noise even to turn over or move around in bed. Dresser was up against bed so you could not move bed from wall. My only complaint. Otherwise everything else was good!

everything was fine except the lack of an elevator and the beach was extremely crowded in front of the condos. I suspect this was the result of a "Public Access" route next to the condos

Visiting Isle of Palms is always nice. This particular unit was ok. Internet had 1 bar which was very annoying. I had a couple of conference calls during the week and it was necessary for me to drive up the Connector for better reception. The remotes (5 total) were not labeled so I had to call for assistance. The bedroom tv had "no signal" which I did not call about. The bathroom sink and tub were very slow to drain. Other than these problems my stay was ok.

The condo lived up to expectations; the appliances were all new and updated, and the space was perfect for us. There were two of us for the week, plus our teenage son for a few days - 6 people would have been way too crowded.

We were fortunate that we didn't have noisy neighbors; there were a few times when people walking upstairs caused loud rumbles or a TV next door, but very few. It did suggest the walls are thin enough that constant noise above or nearby would be annoying.

The only things that do need fixing are the rusted-out table on the balcony, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom (rattled noisily). Everything else was great.

We come to IOP twice a year and usually stay at the Sea Cabins. This unit was very nicely upgraded. The weather was terrible so having a nice 'home away' helped make the trip fun and comfortable.

With the exception of spending 2 1/2 hours halfway thru our vacation moving to another room due to a plumbing issue, the room was exceptional. Clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was great. Love the ceiling fan in the bedroom.

I have stayed at the Sea Cabins many times over the years and I will continue to return. I like the quiet environment. the location and views are excellent. I'm glad many of the cabins are updating, some still need updates. I was in 224 B and it is was very nice but needed a new shower curtain liner and new balcony furniture but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

My family and I have stayed at Sea Cabins 3 times. So far we have not been disappointed. For the money, you cant beat them. We love the easy beach access and how easy it is to move around the area. I hope to be back. My only complaint, if I had one, is having to carry luggage up the stairs.

Overall the experience was good. We had 2 complaints about the condo: 1) the seating was not comfortable and we felt was inadequate for the # of occupants the condo will hold. The sofa was small and would not hold 3 people comfortably. We were only a party of 2 but had we had additional people it would have been totally inadequate. I felt like the soft was purchased without ever having been tried out. 2) The bed made lots of noise - when I got up in the night to go to the bathroom it creaked when I got back in the bed, it was disturbing to my husband.
I wouldn't "not" recommend this property but it would be more comfortable if these issues were addressed.

Beautiful location, condo was ok, it was nicely updated in kitchen. When we booked we didnt realize it was spring break. Upstairs of us was a 4 year old boy who ran constantly until 11:00 at nite. I go to bed earlier and i was unable to sleep. we called island realty 3 times as this went on for 5 days and got no satisfaction and had to put up with it. It almost ruined our vacation.

Thank you for your honesty, Spring Break is certainly a busy time on Isle of Palms. Also, several conversations where had with the guest below you and yes they did have a small child, however in the event that noise is an issue it is important to call the Non-Emergency local Police number so they can tend to the situation appropriately.The Regime has quiet hours within the complex and if this rule wasn't being adhered to then a call to the police is the islands protocol to handle such situations. Once again I am sorry for this neighboring disturbance, but an very happy that you enjoyed the recent kitchen renovation in the condo. I hope that we have the opportunity to have you as a guest of Island Realty again in the future.
