Come see why guests love to return to Summer House 108 over and over again! You will absolutely love this oceanfront, two bedroom, two bathroom condo in beautiful Wild Dunes! The owners have done multiple updates to make it a perfect spot for you and your family to create lasting memories. But hands down the best part of this condo is the patio! Not only does it offer a private walkout to the community pool and beach, but the view is just spectacular! These owners want you to have a wonderful and relaxing stay. So sit back, put your feet up and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the amazing view!

Inside, the rooms are bright and spacious. The main bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, DVD player, and a view of the pool and ocean with sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has a King Bed, as well as a Full size sleeper sofa bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom which is shared with the hall. Each bathroom has a combo tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has seating for four at the counter. The dining room has a large rectangular table that seats 6 people very comfortably, as well as a bar area and Ms. Pac-man video game! The spacious living room has plenty of seating for everyone, a Queen size sleeper sofa bed, a Smart TV, DVD player, and a view of the pool and ocean with sliding doors to the patio. On rainy days there are plenty of books and games for the whole family, and all three Smart TVs have Xfinity cable. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, laundry basket, iron, ironing board, and a large brand new water heater with a booster so that you will never run out of hot water! The building has an elevator; however, it's only a few stairs up to this condo from the parking lot. The owners hope you love everything and have an amazing time.

Summer House was a wonderful place to stay. The pool and beach access was right outside the lovely balcony steps. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have two full baths to utilize. Wild Dunes is a quiet area. There are a few restaurants on the property but we did have to drive to eat out. Explored Charleston, Sullivan's Islans, Mt. Pleasant and Follu Beach from here. It was a relaxing vacation!'

Island Realty was by far the best experience we have had over a long history of vacationing at the Isle of Palms. We were always informed. The facilities at Summerhouse 108 were exceptional. Very neat and clean and kept up to date. The owners provided a note book the information you needed about the house plus all light switches were labeled. Excellent reading material was provided and up to date TVs and coffee pots (very y important).
Owners that really care plus they showed pride in their facilities. Thanks so much and “God bless”.

Excellent location and lovely condo

"My grandsons and I came to Isle of Palms to do some deep sea fishing. I knew we wanted to stay in Wild Dunes because I had stayed there before. This condo overlooks the lovely swimming pool and the beach (which you can see from the condo) is only a 2 minute walk. The condo is quite comfortable and lovely even though the cabinets and bathrooms haven’t been updated. It had EVERYTHING we needed (except a pizza pan) including things you don’t find in most rental units like extra TP, extra towels and bedroom linens and even laundry detergent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is an elevator and luggage carts if you don’t want to use the stairs. The grounds and pool area are immaculate! There is construction going on because a new high rise is being built on an adjacent property, but we could not hear it inside the condo. I highly recommend this condo unit."

Great Mother Daughter trip!

"We planned a last minute trip and was surprised that a condo on the beach was available. We were also pleasantly surprised at the view and the porch that led to the pool and beach as the pictures did not do it justice. Good time had by all!

The place was great and met all of our expectations. having a property with both a pool and easy walking to the beach was key to having an enjoyable time with young children. Our only minor complaint would be that the entire property seemed to lack any recycling on the premise which seems crazy when most rentals will have tons of cans, bottles, and cardboard to recycle with the full kitchens. Pac-Man, the available board games, and reading material were all great!

This was a first for us: location, amount of time, and type of venue. We were very happy with the proximity to the beach, the parking, and the layout and size of the condo. Our impression is the price was reasonable, esp. given the dates.
There are two issues:
1. There were 4 remotes for the TV/video set up. There were no directions or manuals. We needed to call IOP and Tyler from maintenance was a big help but this should not have been necessary.
2. There were no recycling services for the entire building, We eventually located some sites but we find this very alarming. It was if we were in another country. We asked two people at IOP and got a blank stare.

This is a very nice property! Clean. Lots of added amenities. I hope future renters don't trash the place or take the owner's nice stuff. I'll definitely try to stay in this unit again.

The view was beautiful, palm trees right out the patio door. Pretty view of pool and beach, even though on a low floor. The condo was roomy and both bedrooms spacious. Living room was comfy and nice although the couch could use a good steam clean as it had lots of stains. Kitchen had every amenity you would want. Condo was extremely clean. There are some upgrades but kitchen and bathrooms are dated; however functioned well. Would definitely stay again. We very much enjoyed the location and walk out patio.

This condo is very accessible by wheelchair! An elevator will take you from the parking lot to this 1st-floor condo and are no additional steps into the unit. Since the patio walkout only has steps, the elevator will also give you access to the pool, beach, and other complex amenities

What is the cancellation policy?

Answer:

You can cancel your reservation; however, you will not get a refund unless the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate as your reservation.

Island Realty has a 10% cancellation fee, and the remainder of your deposit is held pending the re-rental of the property.

If you are paid in full for the reservation, all money will be held until we can re-rent the property. If the property is not re-booked, the entire balance will be forfeited to Island Realty, regardless of whether or not a full deposit was made at the time of booking.

Purchasing travel insurance may help with a reimbursement if cancellation is prompted by an extenuating circumstance. Read more about travel insurance HERE.

This property does currently provide linens.

While there is not a nearby fishing pier, there is a community boardwalk with direct beach access. The closest accessible pier would be the Mount Pleasant Pier.

Is the Kureig coffeemaker still in this unit?
