Just steps from the beach, this non-smoking second floor villa offers ocean views and access to the free community swimming pool. You can make breakfast for the whole family in the updated kitchen, and then enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the pool. The master features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. A twin sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional bedding.

Each Summer House Villa includes: free parking, deck, elevator access, free access to community swimming pool, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.

No Sportscard - Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, dining, bike trails, and tennis with reservation.

Wireless internet, and access to the community pool. Linens included. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

This is a comfortable, quiet condo in Summer House that I would say caters to adults more than children. Most of the vacation properties we have stayed in over the years have games and some even have beach chairs and toys. This property has many books to read but no games for kids. I am not complaining - It is usually just my wife and I who stay in the condo. This is a very clean and well appointed condo that would be more suited to couples than kids.

Awesome condo

We' ve been going to this condo for 3 years. It is beautiful and well laid out. We step into this condo and we are immediately at home. It is very clean. Also well stocked with starter items. And, did I mention the ocean view. You will not make a mistake renting this lovely condo.

This was our 3rd stay in Summer House Condos, but our first stay in unit 209. It was very nice, clean, updated, kitchen stocked well with dishes & cookware if you choose to cook, and close to the beach with a descent view of the ocean (palm trees around the pool blocked some of the view). Our only complaint would be there were no ceiling fans - Would be nice to keep the air moving around in the bedrooms at night when the doors were closed. Air conditioning worked great - just got a little stuffy. I would highly recommend this unit! Looking forward to our trip back next year.

Overall, the property was very nice, but there were issues with the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. The Keurig coffee unit had Black Mold in the water chamber/reservoir. The Master Bathroom had hairs in the shower and mold on the glass shower door bottom. We cleaned things ourselves and the Management company refunded our cleaning fee.
As far as maintenance goes, there were many minor issues, like blind slats missing, but stored in a closet. I took the time to hang them back up myself. Some doors had multiple screws loose that caused closure issues, only took about 5 minutes to tighten them all and have things work better.

It was a wonderful condo. It was well stocked and very clean. It was also well decorated. My only disappoint was the television quit working in the main area and after 2 phone calls no one came to fix it. We didn't really watch much television but we missed the final basketball games which we did want to see. More of a service problem than condo problem.
I would definitely stay in that condo again though.

Very nice, clean property.
Only downside, elevator went out and had to use stairs... have arthritis in both knees and ankles.... very hard on me.

Answer:

There are 2 Summerhouse buildings (the last photo on this property's listing is a map if that is helpful). The building closest to the beach homes units 100(bottom floor) - 600(top floor). The building behind the pool and furthest from the beach homes units 700(ground floor) - 1100(top floor).
