Better than home and full of wonderful amenities! Pool was a game changer for us and such a beautiful and relaxing setting. Kitchen beyond belief and accommodated our family perfectly with so many living spaces. Favorite was the from deck. So comfortable.

Spent a week with our family (six people in total) and had a fantastic time. Close to the beach, spacious (sleeps up to 10), two den/entertainment areas (upstairs and downstairs) and a beautifully redone new kitchen area. Two refrigerators (one downstairs and one upstairs) and an ice machine (key for a beach trip). Landscaping and outdoor decking is top notch. Pool provides great relaxation after a day on the beach. Sonos audio system. Working grill, beach games and a couple of bikes provided by owners. Island Realty very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun vacation spot on Isle of Palms.

There were a few dings in the stay, but it was mostly a good experience. There are a lot of steps! Pool was kept very nice although one day they had to shock the pool so not swimming for in it for 24 hours. I don't see how we could have gotten 6 cars in the driveway. We had 4 cars and it was tight. Master Bedroom mattress very soft! It was a maze to find what switches turned on what lights, etc. Some jigsaw puzzles had missing pieces, but that wasn't part of the deal anyhow. All in all, a nice place to stay! I would recommend it. We called maintenance 2 times and promptly responded and took care of the situations!

We really loved this home. It's quite big and well built, so it offers a great deal of privacy. It's about a 3 block walk to the ocean, but we rented a golf cart. The walk wasn't bad at all, though. The pool is nice and mostly shaded. Great parking. Quiet street. The house is tasteful and comfortable with great WiFi, AC, etc.

The house is in a great location only a block from the beach. The house was beautiful, beds comfortable with plenty of space for multiple couples or a large family. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely rent this house again. Island reality great to deal with very responsive and friendly. Easy check in and out.

We have stayed at this house several times. It's our favorite of the Island Realty properties.

Our stay was during COVID-19 in 2020 - having the pool was huge. Food delivery from local restaurants was delicious. Also the house is far enough down the beach that we were able to effectively social distance and enjoy the ocean.

This was a last minute getaway for my family. My Granddaughter is in the Air Force and was turning 21. Only drawback was 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. With women this goes fast. 1 Roll of paper Towels. I was lucky I had extra in my car. 1 Dish Towel and 1 dish cloth. Just bring extra if you come :) Keri was a great agent! Thanks for the last minute find for us!

This home was exceptional! The rooms are big and the main living areas (den, kitchen, dining) are open and allow for plenty of room to move about.. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, there’s a beautiful wet bar in the den, and there’s a huge pantry to store food items, drinks, etc. We enjoyed having the pool, and it was cleaned halfway through the week. As beautiful as this home is, and the upgrades that have been made to it, the only minor complaint is the oven was not up-to-par; we cooked a lot, as we were here during COVID19 right after the beaches and short-term rentals opened up. The oven worked, but the clock/timer did not, and we ended up almost burning a couple of things. Overall, We loved this rental!

This was our first experience staying at this property as a family of eleven. The home was well maintained, tastefully furnished and spotless!! Location to the beach access was very convenient. Our five grandchildren totally enjoyed their space in the lower living area. The spacious upper family/dining/kitchen area was an enjoyable amenity. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and fire pit. Great experience!! Everyone loved this home and we hope to vacation there again!

Wonderful week on IOP! the house was beautiful. Great amenities and wonderful space. The house is nicer in person that it is in the pictures! The pool was very nice.

We were short on towels and the management company did not follow-up so we had to purchase towels.

Great rental and island. A think you should give more info on what’s included and what isn’t. No laundry soap and little kitchen dishwasher soap. Having to buy gives more than needed and for those flying it’s a waste. But would be nice to know before arriving. But it was a great place. Also lots of leaves on porches and outside furniture. Would have been nice to have a battery leaf blower to clean of. It really needed it daily this time of year.

Overall excellent experience only complaint is we were not able to use pool or hot tub as we couldn’t turn on the heater for them. When I called the pool folks they said they were not authorized to turn it on, it was to be turned on only for friends of the owner.

Thank you for your comments. While it has been clearly stated in the description for the past few years that heating the pool and hot tub is not available. Many guests get to the house and see that it has an old pool heater next to the pool pump, and assume it has the option to heat the pool. Unfortunately, many years ago gas line to run the pool heater was removed, and the pool heat is no longer available. I apologize if the pool company mis-informed you.

We had a wonderful trip and absolutely loved this home. The pictures online don't do it justice in the least. It's very lovely decorated, pairing natural elements and original floors with modern and new age updates. There was plenty of space for all 3 families who stayed there and the kids loved it as well. Their ages ranged from 3 months to 6 years so I was a little worried about the pool out back but turns out the toddlers loved the "baby pool" that they could stand up in and play with their swim toys while we enjoyed the larger pool connected to it. I would absolutely stay at this home again. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, no complaints all praise! Thank you Island Realty for a wonderful trip.

We enjoyed our house, especially the outside. The landscaping is beautiful as well as the pool area and fire pit area. Unfortunately, we called for maintenance on Tuesday and no one came to fix the running downstairs toilet and/or get A/C into one of the rooms upstairs (which was very hot throughout the week). Also, the light switches throughout were confusing at best. They were certainly in weird places. We couldn't get the outside lights to work in the trees and needed to get help to figure out how to turn the pool lights on. Lastly, they advertise "hot tub" but the water is not hot.

This house is beautiful, with comfy furniture and some wonderful paintings, and with lots of space for a large group. We appreciated how well built the house is, so the bedrooms were quiet. Great pool which is partially shaded during the day. Pretty landscaping. Easy walk to beach.

Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious home. The children loved the pool as did the adults. The place has several comfortable sitting areas upstairs and down. We enjoyed the roomy dining room table, and the kitchen was modern. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. We'll be back hopefully.

We take a trip every year for a golf tournament played at The Wild Dunes Harbor Course. While the men play golf the women go to the beach. This house worked great for us! It was so close to the Wild Dunes entrance and also walking distance from the beach. Plenty of space for that many adults and the pool was great! The house has lots of kitchen equipment. We cooked almost all of our meals at home. The table was large enough for our big group. We would stay here again anytime.

We had a great time staying at this home. It is very open and has lots of room. We did have a problem getting in the home, we were given the wrong key. and the only other thing I would suggest is to have the home sprayed for bugs. Other than that, there were no other issues. We very much enjoyed our time spent here.

We had a phenomenal family reunion, 45 guests in two houses (counting all the children and babies) two blocks apart. Island Realty cannot be beat as a business to work with. Every one of their employees had an absolutely wonderful personality and attitude, in spite of their hectic check-in day. The ONLY negative question I would ask is "why only two towels, in a bath that was shared by two bedrooms?" There were not even extra towels stored in a cabinet or somewhere. We had plenty, because we brought our own, but two towels for at least 4 people was a surprise. Otherwise, perfect!

Typically extra towel sets are left on bedroom dressers when two or more bedrooms share a bathroom. It seems we may have overlooked placement of those for your stay and I am so sorry! We have been coming to Isle of Palms since 2003. And we have always used Resort Quest now Wyndam., but the last two years were not to our liking and no help from them so we switched this year to you guys. I must say that each time there was a problem. You folks tried to fix it. I would recommend you and use you again. The only problem we had the pool was really dirty when we got there.

We have rented several homes in this area int he past and this by far was the nicest. It was very clean and the neighbors were extremely nice. Island Realty was extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process and made my vacation exactly what it was supposed to be, relaxing.
