Pets are welcome! The Perfect Beach Getaway! Charming, completely updated, 2 Bedroom,1 bathroom Beach Cottage! Walk to the beach, grill out on the deck under the old oak tree. This charming home has been completely updated with a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, open floor plan and updated bathroom!

As you open the door to this home you will notice the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open. The kitchen boast a gas stove, subzero refrigerator, open breakfast bar with stools. Off the living room is a sunroom with a twin bed. The original ship lap has been repurposed on the sunroom walls adding character and warmth. The living room has an inviting sectional with a large flat screen TV. Off the living room you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The backyard is fenced in with a spacious deck, outdoor shower and gas grill.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/19 to 8/24/19; 3 night minimum in off season.*

Note: Washer/dryer located in detached finished garage, located just off the back deck. IOP does not permit occupancy of any detached buildings - garage is for storage and laundry. Guests are not permitted to sleep in the detached garage.

No Smoking, Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $250.00 pet fee. Please be sure to scoop before you depart. Linens and WiFi provided

My husband and two dogs enjoyed our stay, which was the second one at this property. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable.
The location on a small cul de sac was convenient and private. I do wish that part of the back deck was screened in, but would stay again regardless.

We really had a great time staying at this adorable cottage. The location was very convenient to the beach and so many things to do in the area. Our dogs were so happy and there is a dog park within walking distance as well.

Babymoon Getaway

My husband, our two dogs and I loved how convenient this house was to the beach. A quick walk across the street was all it took! The house is beautifully done. Our only complaint was about the beds and how uncomfortable they were. All in all we had a great trip aside from the sleeping arrangements.

This is our 3rd time staying with our toddler at 6 Palm Court, and we love staying here. The layout is perfect for our small family & this place has become our home away from home! The location truly cannot be beat! So close to the beach but tucked away in a calm quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was super clean when we checked in & the check in process was smooth. The only thing that could have been improved during our trip was the yard maintenance. The grass in the front and back yards were super overgrown, which seemed to make the mosquitos worse. We got a citronella for outside, but did not seem to really help. The only other thing inside that we noticed was that the freezer seemed to be damaged/smashed. Both the fridge and freezer were in working order so we did not have issued with it, but we had to make sure we opened the freezer door carefully. We called our first day to report this to make sure we were not held accountable & to make sure it was known to the office that it was damaged. Again, we LOVE this rental. The yard & the freezer were not deal-breakers or affect our trip in a negative way, just things that could be improved to keep 6 Palm Court incredible! Already looking forward to heading back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, convenient and stocked with everything one could possibly need. Our two dogs loved the fenced in yard. The updated improvements are beautiful. We will stay here again and would recommend it to others. Island Realty was very responsive and easy to deal with.

This was the second year we've stayed at Palm Ct 6 for Thanksgiving. It is perfect for our family to gather and cook and enjoy the beach, IOP, and Charleston, and watch all the college football games together. Great location, awesome well stocked clean kitchen and house, dog friendly, great customer service. Can't wait to go back!

This is a great rental. The location is prime(on small cul-de-sac) just across the road from beach access. Plenty of parking and small backyard for your pup. We had a small issue and rental company responded quickly and efficiently to fix it. House was clean but the grass needed to be cut.

This house is on a culdesac just across the road from beach access! Great house with nice updates and plenty of room. Love having a place that we can bring our dog with us. This is our second time staying in this particular house because we love it.

We had such a great stay at 6 Palm Court and it is defiantly our new go-to! We brought our two year old and there was plenty of room for us and everything was great. There were a few things that was outside of the control of the rental agency and they went above and beyond to make things right! The location was perfect and we loved how private it felt. We had a very nice time at 6 Palm Court. The location was great, it was clean and very homey. The only complaint was deck furniture could have been cleaner and yard could have e been mowed. It was quite rainy, so that could have contributed toward the outside conditions. I’d feel good recommending this property.

Great house in a fabulous location. Open floor plan makes the house feel so spacious and some nice updates. The walk to the beach is short and the house is located in a quiet culdesac. We have stayed in many different places on the island and this is one of our favorites. Having a small yard for our dog to run around in was great.

This home was adorable, and perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach was close and easy, and the unit was clean. The main bed could have been more Nor comfortable and the sheets , if they fit better would have provided a better sleep experience .

This little cottage matches the photos in the site. It is perfect for a couple or small family. The location is an easy walk to two beach access paths. The deck is a great hangout spot for meals or just relaxing. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could want, although considering it has a high end refrigerator, it was odd that it did not have an ice maker or ice trays in the freezer.

We enjoyed 10 days in this wonderful cottage that has been beautifully renovated and decorated. Separate guest cottage has a bed/bath/laundry room. Fenced in back yard. Said "pet friendly" so we wondered if it would smell that way. No! No trace or scent...and it has a fenced in back yard for your pet. We really enjoyed our time there - just 1 block from the beach.

Palm Ct 6 was absolutely perfect for our family's Thanksgiving get away! It has been beautifully renovated and well stocked - the owners have thought of everything! We took full advantage of the short walk to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and long walks. The location is convenient to a grocery store, movie theatre, shops, and access to other parts of Charleston. The fenced backyard was an added bonus for our dog. From the property manager to people we met on the beach, everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

This home is nestled on a quiet street only one block from beach access. It’s adorable, clean, and private. The bedrooms are spacious and the back porch makes for a little oasis. Loved that there was an outdoor shower to use after the beach. Perfect for a family or two couples. We had a hiccup with the AC the first night but island realty was great about getting someone out right away to fix it. We will definitely come back!
