Capers Island is an uninhabited island off of the coast of Isle of Palms that is perfect for exploring, taking a relaxing stroll along the driftwood forest, or even having a beachside cookout! Trip to Bulls Island
The Bulls Island ferry is a more adventurist approach than Capers Island and is offered by Coastal Expeditions (also based at the Isle of Palms Marina!) This trip is great for hiking, guided tours to spot alligators, otters, and dolphins, and 66,000+ acres of land on the Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge. This is definitely an option for those wanting to get out and get some exercise while experiencing the wild, so make sure your whole group is up for it!

Kayaking & Paddleboarding
One of our favorite ways to enjoy the Lowcountry waters is to jump right in! Kayaking and Paddleboarding with companies like Coastal Expeditions and Nature Adventures is a great way to see up close and personal just how beautiful Charleston is and is also a great way to get some exercise!
Jet Skiing, Parasailing
For more of an adrenaline rush, try some water sports with a little more thrill! Tidal Wave Water Sports is based right here on Isle of Palms, at the IOP Marina. They have several different activities to choose from that will entertain the whole family, but some of our favorites are the Jet Ski Safari and Parasailing!
