These units are primarily available from October – March and are located all over the beautiful beaches of Charleston!

Monthly Stays (30-89 days): Fantastic, discounted rates are available for monthly rentals! These rental prices include telephone service, water, electricity, and basic cable.

Winter Stays (90+ nights): With a stay of this length, you are legally in a lease, therefore, enjoy a tax-exempt stay! These rentals include telephone service, water, electricity, and basic cable. Please contact Vacation Planner, Jenny Tuk, to plan your 90+ day stay!

Long-Term Rentals (6 months or more): For the true Charlestonian at heart! Get in touch with our Annual Rentals Department at 843-886-4041 to discuss your stay!
