Booked solid for the Fourth!

You can't always get what you want...and in some cases, that's a good thing!

 

Let us give you an example. For the Fourth of July this year, we wanted to offer some holiday specials. We wanted to be able to cater to the last-minute booking crowd. Really, we did! The problem? We were fully booked up.

 

Okay, so you're right, that's not really a problem at all. In fact, it's a cause for celebration. It's a testament to the beauty of the properties on our program and to the power of the Island Realty team.

 

As you might imagine, in the tourism industry--especially at the beach--the Fourth of July is a big deal. It's a huge travel week in the summer. Our owner representatives, marketing department, and revenue manager worked hard all year to prepare for this week. Each team member played a key role in taking the most beautiful pictures of each property, crafting the perfect and most informative property description, and setting the most competitive rates so that guests and owners alike would be happy. They did it!

 

Even without offering huge discounts or any gimmicks, our team managed to get almost every single property booked for the Fourth of July. We couldn't be more excited--neither could our owners.

 

The one part of our jobs that makes us less than thrilled? Telling guests we don't have enough properties available for them. We hate having to say no. With your property on our program, maybe we won't have to. Guests keep coming and we need more properties to offer them.
