Sullivan's Island is still the quintessential small beach town that most people think of when they think of traditional beach homes. There's just a few blocks of commercial businesses like restaurants and little shops, no traffic lights, and no paid parking. The island is very residential, with the vast majority of homes occupied by full-time residents. There's even an elementary school right along the beach! While vacation rentals are a fairly rare find on Sullivan's Island, Island Realty currently has 5 homes on our program here. Each one of them is charming and maintains the cozy cottage feel of a beach house, so they are perfect for those that are wanting a no-frills vacation.
