Monthly Stays (30-89 days): Fantastic, discounted rates are available for monthly rentals! These rental prices include telephone service, water, electricity, and basic cable.
Winter Stays (90+ nights): With a stay of this length, you are legally in a lease, therefore, enjoy a tax-exempt stay! These rentals include telephone service, water, electricity, and basic cable.
