New Properties with Island Realty

Racquet Club Villas

The Racquet Club Villas are townhouse-style villas inside Wild Dunes, the gated community at the northern end of Isle of Palms. This season, we've welcomed three of these villas onto our rental program! All three of these units include a 2020 SportsCard, which gives guests access to other amentities within the resort, such as the Swim Center Pool and the Fitness Center. 

4003 Palm Blvd.

This beautiful home along Palm Blvd. is just across the street from the beach, and has plenty of space for the whole family! With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, your group has room to spread out and relax, whether you're enjoying the private pool or gathering around the large and open kitchen. This home also features a wet bar and under-the-counter ice maker, an elevator, and a flat-screen tv in every bedroom!​

Abalone Alley 13

This 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home inside Wild Dunes is set back from the beach, and boasts golf course views. Key features in this home include two master suites, a private pool and elevator, and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people. This property is perfect for multiple families!

Port O Call F302

​Condos in the Port O Call complex in Wild Dunes are some of our most popular units, with a community pool and grills and stunning oceanfront views. Unit F302 is well-appointed and gorgeous views out of the screened-in porch. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a sliding glass door out to the patio (can also be accessed from the living room). Great for a couple's getaway!​

Sea Cabin 108

The Sea Cabins are 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom oceanfront condos along the Front Beach district. Cabin 108 is a first-floor unit in the A building, great for those trying to avoid the stairs and love being close to the pier! Key features in this condo are a 65-inch high definition TV, updated kitchen appliances, and granite countertops!
