Island Realty serves those looking for rental homes and condos in Mount Pleasant, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Daniel Island, Cainhoy, James Island, West Ashley, and Downtown Charleston. Our long term rental properties are primarily unfurnished homes and condos, although occasionally furnished properties come available. Properties rent annually, however our lease cycles run throughout the year so prospective tenants are able to plan around their own schedules. With over 300 properties managed, we update our listings regularly, but naturally our business constantly ebbs and flows to what properties are available and occupied. All prospective tenants are subject to approved application, credit check, and final approval by the owner. A lease must be signed and a security deposit equal to one month's rent will be collected. If pets are allowed, owner approval and monthly pet fee are required.
